Fabulous shop. Lots of bargains. Really well laid out. We've done all the Boundary Mill shops and, although this isn't the biggest, I found it was probably the most pleasant. The staff were really friendly. The cafe is clean and, although it was busy, the staff still had time for a laugh and a joke. Toilets are spotless.

Great few hours shopping in bright, clean, warm surroundings. Started with lunch in cafe which is very reasonably priced with delicious food. Spent the next few hours browsing all the different departments stocked with quality items at sale prices and as I downloaded the app got another 10% off at the till. Finished off with tea and cake. Spot on.

Enjoyed a cuppa and beans on toast. Unfortunately being a vegetarian/vegan their menu is more inclined to meat eaters. But apart from that it's nice just to walk around the store and pick up a bargain.also an extra 10% off your purchase. The way the store has been reorganized makes it look a lot more modern. Staff are always pleasant and even if waiting to get served in a long queue your not waiting long. Enjoyed my day out there and looking forward to going back soon.

Massive department store all on one level, great range of products, competitive prices, massive free car parking area. Friendly & helpful staff. Worth a visit but allocate plenty of time as store is massive.

Plenty of parking, vast range of good quality goods,anything from cards & gift wrap to footwear, clothing to bedding & household. Cafe & toilets all very clean & welcoming.

Dropped in to check out the lighting and wall art section. Good range of pagazzi items at competitive prices. Also purchased a couple of rugs whilst there.
Large building stocking many clothes and household products.

Went just for a look around as been a while since we were last there.
Looking for things for daughters new house.

Needed a top as all my sweaters needed replacing, bought a weird fish top, very nice, warm and comfortable £55 reduced to £27,black Friday deals.

Amazing franchise of shops. Great selection of various goods at good prices. Nice spacious parking and cafeteria.

First time I've been. It has a cafe and toilets the only thing it doesn't sell is groceries. I was surprised how big it is.

I don't buy pans very often, but I did, here and they seem like good quality. The store was busy when I was there but the tills were efficient.

On entering the store, there's always someone to meet and greet you; I rather like this, although old fashioned, at least they acknowledge (you) the customer: The only store I know of that does this. I didn't see what I was looking for this time: a pair of pink bedroom curtains, but I still bought a pink fitted sheet and a pink flatsheet.

Love visiting this outlet. Lots of great bargains. I love the bedding towels and kitchenware. Also shoes ..

First time I have been for years found the experience absolutely great the staff are so friendly it was a pleasure to shop there. Since covid customer service has gone down hill but not at boundry Mill.
