Highly recommend the service and fitting of Grosvenor Carpets. We had our hall, stairs, landing and four bedrooms fitted in the space of a week. Alex initially left us with samples, quoted us in a timely manner and with an unexpected scheduling issue with one of the fitters, rearranged to get the disruption down to a minimum with young kids in the house. We’ve been very impressed with the work carried out, will be using Grosvenor again and recommend to anyone looking for new carpets. Thank you!

I received THE BEST service from Grosvenor in helping pic some hard flooring for our downstairs. Unlike a large flooring showroom, I was able to take a range of large sample tiles home to look at in different rooms with different lighting. I've had help and advice from 3 different people within the store and all have been SO helpful, including helping me colour-match a new carpet for the stairs and hallway. I'm now eagerly awaiting fitting, but have been really impressed with the service I have received so far! Would really recommend, especially if you're indecisive (like me!) :o)
