Carpet Barn and the Bed Store

Excellent experience from start to finish. I am disabled and it was just as if the shop came to me. From the phone call to estimate. I was shown loads of samples . And kept up to date with fitting .excellent all round. Nice experience fitters.

Fab experience with Carpet Barn team. First of all Martin from Ferndown Branch was very helpful and gave lots of advices. Then we were dealing with Steve from Poole branch who arranged for us a home visit to measure floors etc. The guy who came over was very polite and informative. Finally booking a day was easy and fitters had done fantastic job on our floor. Nice, tidy and promptly. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Bought remittance as I was recommended by a family member, will use these from now on. Very attentive and helpful with finding the nearest colour match, asked if I had all I needed as I laid the carpet myself, excellent service all round. Cat not included.

Really friendly people. Good prices and a great range of carpets, tiles and wood flooring. And they have beds as well.

Carpet barn has been one of my go to places for flooring for at least 4+ years now, recently had experience using the Poole store and I can say without hesitation. I would not recommend for anyone to go anywhere else.

Do be patient always look around in the stock ends & from the carpet & vinyl stands you never know what’s around the corner.

Absolutely brilliant. Great honest advise throughout and extremely happy with the fitting. We made the mistake of trying Carpet Right first. Carpet Barn helped immediately and were brilliant on both quality and price!

They have been recommended by my best friend and my son who were very satisfied with the price, service, fitting and their efficient way of dealing with a variety of requests. So, I went to Carpet Barn and the minute I entered, a passing by staff asked me if I needed help( his name was Chris). I have explained what I wanted and in no time at all, we sorted all, booked a date for someone to come out and measure, then as I needed it done sooner, with some advice from Doug( I think that was his name), went back to store and chose another carpet to save me for underlay and at the store, the lady booked me the fitting day as well, based on the reservation done by Doug. Here I am almost ready for a new carpet in 2 days. Brilliant!!! I can't fault them all, high standards throughout the company!! Thank you very much! Highly recommended!! 👍

Really nice and friendly staff and good prices. Don't rip you off on underlay like some local places. We're willing to fit a carpet in dt11 with only a £15 excess (it's really quite far for them to come). Really big choice of remnants.

What a wonderful experience. Doug the estimator, measured perfectly. Ashley made sure everything was ready to go on time! Tom the fitter came early it was a tight fit but overall was satisfied with the overall experience with this store and will be a repeat customer for pure satisfaction !

Initially I just wanted my bedroom done, but over a few months I have had three bedrooms, hall stairs and landing a back area off the kitchen and will soon have Lino in my toilet. Brilliant firm kind and helpful. I've had all the rooms done at different times they have kept carpet at the warehouse until I was ready to have them down after the dreaded decorating. All the carpets have been fitted by excellent fitters and they even offered to check my measurements prior to purchase. (given I'm not an expert I took them up on this) They arrived when they said they would they cleaned up and even shaved the doors where needed which just added to the already fantastic service. I would and have recommend them to others. Thank you

Great selection of carpets, you don't get pestered by pushy salesperson but they'll help when needed. Carpet delivered as promised.
