Helpful & friendly when I needed my tubeless set-up sorted, & done promptly at a decent price. Enjoyed chatting bike stuff too.
Also sorted my son’s hardtail issue while we waited despite the bike being covered in mud! Many thanks.

Well, to sum up the experience I am having ~

Graceful Owner Gary and his esteemed colleagues all carry out the best work with a high level of skill. Not only is their maintenance superior, their ability to guide one around the store, locating products whilst effectively describing every detail is truly quite astounding.

Fitted me in at short notice for a bike check. Couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Great service all round and will definitely use Hoops again in future. Seemed to have a good selection of bikes in stock too.

Incredible store. Honest advice and speedy good value servicing. Loved the fact they were watching Armstrong win his 3rd TDF on the shop TV with wry smiles on their faces.

Our Tern cargo bike got a puncture (a particularly deep pothole), leaving us stranded in deepest, darkest South Farnham. Of course it was the rear tyre (bike has a carbon belt drive, so a lot more complicated to remove and replace) and I honestly had no idea how we were going to get it home.

My wife got in touch with Bradley and the team at Hoops Farnham and, next thing, Oscar turned up on his bike to rescue me (and, more importantly, get enough air into the inner tube to nurse the bike back to their shop).

Less than two days later we're back up and running (would have been sooner but the Tern uses a specific rear tyre that had to be special ordered) for an incredibly reasonable cost.

Bradley and Oscar are some of the nicest people you're going to meet. They know a lot about bikes too.

Thank you so much from the entire family for getting our beloved bike back up and running (and saving us from walking or - even worse - driving!) the school run.

Excellent care and attention. Listened to what I wanted and advised the best options. Once I'd decided was told I could get the same bike but "last years'" colour and would be cheaper.
Knew the ins and outs of the Cycle to Work Scheme I was using.
Maintained contact throughout.
Both the people I dealt with (sorry forgot names but one from SA and a young English lad) really knew their stuff and greeted me on entering the shop.

Outstanding customer service! Got a flat tyre while out riding and popped in here and they fixed it within ten minutes! Also a great selection of bits for bike added too!

My go-to shop for cycling! Good selection of bikes, apparel, and accessories in store. And I've always been very happy with the bike servicing and maintenance. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Just bought my son's bike here too and it needed to be ordered in from another store, which only took a few days and was a very smooth process. Recommended.

As a beginner buying a ‘serious’ bike can be intimidating having not cycled properly in years. However the guys at Hoops were so helpful. They fit a bike that met my needs with where I lived and what I’d be using it for with my budget. They answered all of my beginner questions helpfully and clearly. I had a detailed handover when I picked the bike up which was great. I’m delighted I chose Hoops and would have no issues recommending them. One picture of it in the house before it meets the garage! I found Hoops Velo when I was looking for a bike fit on a brand new bike I had purchased elsewhere and had yet to use. The team at Hoops Velo set me up on the bike and provided great coffee. They spotted a couple of issues with the bike and advised I contact the shop where I purchased it from. One of the issues was that the tubless tyres had not been glued /taped on ' quite serious and would have almost certainly lead to an accident. I did so and got approval for Hoops Velo to remedy the issues. Great service- thanks ever so much!

I’m a long time customer which is more than I can say for most of the other bike shops. A proper local bike shop with a great customer service and invaluable advice.
Not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. A quality establishment, so worth paying a little extra.
Note that they have recently (November 23) moved from Farnham to nearby Wrecclesham.l with more parking available.

Ordered a front wheel for my sons mountain bike the online order service was very easy to use. We opted for click and collect we toke the old wheel with us just to make sure we had ordered the correct wheel. When we arrived we was greeted with a smile and a welcome they even swapped over the parts from the old wheel and fitted a new inner tube on the new wheel for us at no charge. They then took the time to explain to our son about a new bike what he wanted and what would be best for him. No hard sell just plenty of information and lead times on new bikes. I would definitely recommend them a very knowledgeable team and very helpful.

Purchasing a gravel bike at the same price as most retailers. Great service, fitting the bike and pedals specifically to me - changing stem etc. Took them a good while, all free. One of the factory parts was faulty and Hoops serviced twice and then found a replacement bike all no cost and all very prompt. Really pleased to have the support in addition to the bike. Great service.

I just had the top grade service done & I needed quite a few components replaced. I was genuinely surprised when I collected the bike as it looked as good as, no, better than new! I've had services carried out elsewhere & they don't compare to this—nothing is overlooked by these mechanics. You could find a cheaper service, but if you've got a half decent bike, care about your ride & your safety then you'll get the best result possible from these guys…

I ordered some wheels and adapters to be delivered into the store without consulting the staff. When everything arrived I was contacted promptly to collect them. On collection the staff could not have been more helpful in making sure I had ordered the correct parts including being assisted by one of the mechanics using an in store bike. This was despite the fact I had not consulted them before ordering. Great service, would highly recommend.
