Huge green space, beautiful to wander through with small humans. Fluffy creatures will need to be well behaved as there are no feces and roads and peoples gardens join the park

Lovely to walk around. Great for people with dogs to take a nice walk. The park is so big that my children and their friends spend hours playing here. Suitable for all ages. Lots of obstacles, swings, rope bridges, zip wire, monkey bars, wooden bridges etc. Wooded area for tree climbing and sliding down as on a hill. The Castle was closed so unfortunately not able to review this bit. Overall lovely day.

Brilliant park for children. The adventure playground is just brilliant and a great way to spend a few hours with the family. There's a fantastic wooden fort, slides, a zip line, swings, multiple structures to climb on.

A few minutes walk from the adventure playground there's a great little cafe. Perfect for a cup of tea and light bite to eat. There are also good changing facilities for babies too.

There are paths throughout the park for those not able to traverse the grassed areas.

Everything was tidy and well kept and this will certainly be a favourite local summer destination.

Beautiful Place to visit for a breezy walk in summer. Very nice for a picnic... The play area also equally amazing and very good...A decent place that would definitely recommend... At the time of writing this, parking is free... Quite a generous parking spot which is added bonus..

I just love this time of year. Not only health that benefits from the social side, the dogs, so many that people enjoy chatting over when seeing them interact, but also the scene, ambience, peace, and hearing the reports about global warming and society needing to change its ways. This is a shining example of how the tide should turn taking a lesson from conduct, and being considerate to our precious world. It's our children as well. What more can one try to say and keep impressing in conversation. I enjoy my life when my health comes from the context I spoke above. Society must try to see the positiveness from this. Here are some thoughts and memories of how life can fade. But also regrow to a fresh start like mother Nature is going to do for us soon.

Loved all the new hedgelaying fencing. It was a very pleasant walk. A bit muddy if one ventured off the concrete paths. So much rain lately doesn't seem to have deterred people from walking in Farnham Park.

A great play area, with a wide range including slides - one wide enough to ride side by side, several swing sets, and a beautiful natural wooden obstacle course with sections for balancing and climbing. Well planned and surrounded by large trees to rest or picnic.

Wonderful place to walk, run, play or just sit. Some great spots that look over the hogs back, if you want to sit and look at scenery. On the flip side there is plenty of streams to wade through, trees to climb, and paths to walk, if you want a more exuberant experience.
It’s a beautiful park.

Only thing I’d say is that it does not have many flat areas, so you’ll either be walking up or down hill. A small price to pay for the relaxing time you will have.

Side note, don’t go into the park if you don’t like dogs......

Best locally park! There are so many activities to do in this park such as: Golf,Crickets, long walks, playground for children, picnics, during summer you can eat some fresh blackberries and if you are lucky you can see deers.

TL;DR - nice park, nice scenery, bit hilly, probably about 3km2, roughly 4km if you were to do a circuit around the edge (you only do half of it following the path as the top path leads out if you don't cut down through the middle)

Having recently started walking for exercise and just having moved into Farnham in November, I decided to have a look at the nearby park. It's very nice scenery to walk around in. Lots of big old trees and greenery. Plenty of wildlife such as squirrels, birds and deers in addition to the dogs being walked.

There is a play park for when the weather gets a little warmer and a nice amount of inclines to make the health benefits greater. My route was entering on foot from the south entrance tucked away behind the end of a residential road. I then followed up the right hand side, along the top and then down through the middle towards town.

There are a few entrances, generally around the compass points, and a carpark to the west side. It should be noted there are some fairly steep parts - it's mainly uphill going south to north but the steepest point is just before you reach the town exit going south through the middle of the park. The exit takes you one street away from the east side of the high street (you come out near Slug and a cafe if you fancy a pit stop).

It is fairly busy and the path is narrow and steep in places so sturdy footwear is recommended. There are tracks outside of the paths if you have the appropriate footwear. I'd strongly advise an occasional check behind you if you're walking or running with headphones in order to allow others to pass easily and safely.

I would highly recommend the park and look forward to building up my fitness doing laps around it.

Beautiful walk around the park. It's great to get the heart pumping as it's on a hill. Still very enjoyable, meet lots of friendly people out enjoying their walks too, or just to walk their dogs. Saw cows, deer's, birds of pray. All on the one walk around. So full of life. Coffee shop adjoining the cricket ground if you require refreshments, behind the castle. Dog friendly. Great playgrounds for all age children along the bottom of hill.

Absolutely love Farnham Park. A great place to get some fresh air and exercise. Kept mostly clean but unfortunately, always some dog poop left in the middle of the path somewhere.

A lovely open space for a walk and to explore the castle. Avoid weekends as the car park isn't very big.
