Pets at Home Farnham

I just wanted to leave a review for the wonderful member of staff who helped me and my son choose a dwarf hamster today as well as all the things to go with her! He was incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable and really deserves to be credited with how well he represented the store.
‘Dottie’ is settling in to her new home with us and we will be back soon to buy all of her goodies from Pets and Home in Farnham. Thank you very much!

Everything nicely sectioned and plenty of space. All the animals looked healthy and well looked after. Friendly attentive staff.

We use regularly Farnham Pets at home to get dog food. Good prices, friendly helpful staff.

Nice welcome from the staff and also great puppy food knowledge and advice, some different choices in this store compared to Farnborough.

I would like to commend the veterans at the Farnham branch.
We decided to use this branch as our more local veteran is very expensive.
We had to have some very extensive dental work in our old Jack, which wasn’t covered by insurance.
Roger, the veteran, was excellent. He fully explained everything and appeared genuinely concerned for our dog welfare and the service he was giving.
Not to mention the price. He even gave us some discount, as the procedure came out much more than expected.
I highly recommend this gentleman and the staff on reception.
Thank you for your professional service.

A great, always well stocked Pets at Home store with friendly staff. Very clean throughout. Staff are always about to help if needed.

Always very tired and neatly set up. For such a large store it is refreshing and a pleasant shopping experience. We visited the vets on this occasion. They are warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. All areas are cleaning and tidy, and the vets conduct themselves in a warm and friendly manner

I bought my pet hamster, Martin, here and a year and a half later I noticed a small lump on his back.
I called them up this morning and the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful in directing me to the Vets4Pets department.
The receptionist on that desk was also very friendly and happily registered my details and booked me an appointment within the hour.
When I arrived I was early but still only had to wait 5mins before the vet called me in.
The vet was also very friendly, helpful and generally approachable.
It turns out the lump was just a gland and Martin was in perfect health but throughout the whole ordeal (I was a very worried mum!) every single person I spoke to at Pets at Home and Vets4Pets was extremely polite and assuring and I am genuinely thankful for their excellent customer service.
I will be strongly recommending them to anyone I know with a pet :)

Staff have ways been very helpful. The shelves are always stocked, and there is a fair variety of bits for pets. It is neatly.laod out with appropriate labels.

The store is clean and tidy, there is ample parking for the store which is accessible.

Nice store, lovely and clean and well organised. The staff are lovely. My dog wouldn't walk up the stairs to the vets because she was frightened, I was really ill and couldn't carry her, but a lovely young chap carried her for me ... all 24kg of her! The only one thing is that the floor is not great for dogs. It's slippery. My frightened dog was pulling and kept slipping on the flooring.
