Whent here to buy some plants for our tubs !! they had a really good selection and all were in good condition not all dried up like at some other places.

Great shopping! We looked online for a Xmas tree, and found out the shop has it. Went and found a great selection of beautiful trees. 1/2 price, by the time we got there!!! Bought a lovely real tree for this year Xmas 🎄

I had to replace my nail gun at no notice as my old one failed midway through a job.
I ordered late in the day for collection, which is normally next day, but they went above and beyond and got it picked and ready for me. I made it in buly 6.55pm and collected. Perfect service.

It has nice products.. I think it's affordable in terms of price..

Really friendly and helpful staff. I spoke with a really helpful lady in the furniture department and she helped me with some cube shelving that I was looking to purchase but was out of stock. The lady who served me a the till, Rosie, was very kind and helpful and gave me a great tip on how to look after a terracotta pot that I purchased. Great team.

I think this is a really good Homebase store - large and bright and with a wide, well-stocked selection. Staff helpful and the store always seems clean and Tidy. The chap who runs the Tapi Carpets concession is super helpful and knowledgeable too.

Received really lovely service in this well sized, well stocked Homebase. It has everything you need from a DIY shop and ample car parking. Easy to navigate around the shelving and step free access.

Easy parking and friendly staff

You can find almost anything for DIY. I needed a toilet seat and many choices were available. Just one tip: the return policy on this item is very strict. For example, if you take the item out of the film, you cannot return it. So please make sure you take all the measures and pictures and even take the old item with you so that you can buy the correct replacement!

Had everything we went in for. A nice, clean, well laid out store. The lady on the checkout was very friendly and pleasant.

I normally pop in for odds and ends with no real urge to write a review. I have recently made a couple of visits to re design a bathroom and the staff couldn't of been more helpful, both times I was helped by Amanda. She went out of her way, she didn't feel put out by my indecisiveness and was very approachable. When I started asking difficult technical questions regarding other comparative items from other bathroom stores if she was unsure of the answer she knew exactly who to call, they were very knowledgeable! I left purchasing my items and very happy.

Professional service and friendly staff

I wanted to express my gratitude to James at the Farnham Surrey Homebase. I had purchased a lawn mower & struggled to put it together. When I finally managed to get it going & starting cutting the grass, it lost power & stopped working. I then had to dismantle the lawn, put it back in the box and drive it back to Homebase. I was frazzled by the time I got there. James assisted me in swapping the lawn mower for a different one, built it for me & offered to pop into the car. He also was friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Thank you James. Also thank you to Louise for listening to me rant down the phone, as I called to see if I could bring the lawn mower back to the store to exchange.

I enjoyed it. There was wood, and taps and lamps! You should have seen all the paint! Could have spent hours looking at the plant pots. And the bathrooms! Wow the bathrooms, you've just got to experience it to believe it. Best day out ever.

First time visit as I'm new to the area. Usually use B&Q or Wickes where I live as we don't have a Homebase, but I was surprised at the range of choice available. It's well laid out, easy to find what I needed and prices seemed similar to the other DIY stores. Great offers on some items like exterior shed treatments, when I visited. Plenty of free parking and I found the staff friendly and helpful.

Good selection of stock queues not to long friendly staff. Only down side is that because they have to get rid of so much stock the store is very cluttered and difficult to keep social distancing if you're worried about it go weekdays rather than weekend ssd it's quieter

Ordered my paint with in the hour text to say it was ready. Went to the desk, lady loaded it my trolly for me. Very helpful

Excellent customer service on my visit today. The guy spent a fair bit of time helping/advising on a purchase. Can't get that online. Support the local shops, even the national chains.

Always well stocked and a great variety of products, good indoor plant section as well. Easy to get to and good parking
