Toolstation Farnham

A great place to have so close. I usually do click and collect, and the items I need are normally ready within minutes. The staff have also been helpful with other items, when I couldn't determine what sizes I required.

So damn lucky to have Toolstation on my doorstep. I would not go anywhere else for my DIY projects in future, always have what I need, half the price of Homebase, the staff have been amazing guiding me through the options. Thank you Dave and team!

First time customer, managed to get exactly what I needed. Very helpful staff both Linda and Ryan who helped me get my purchase loaded into my car. Its always a pleasure to get good customer service. Will certainly use again. Many thanks.

Ordered a sander late on a Thursday evening, I had missed the cut off for the next day delivery and to my surprise got a call saying it had been delivered before 10am the following day. Extremely pleased with the service, the young chap in the store, Phil, was excellent, extremely helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend and will be back again in the future.

Got looked after very well by Pete. My first visit so I wasn’t too sure about product codes and click and collect procedures.
Pete was patient and polite and looked up what I asked for and dealt with me very efficiently.
I will be back to buy more things when the need or opportunity arises,

Excellent service - I went in with a query on what tool to use on my car battery remote and came out with it fixed. Two of the guys there were really helpful, knowledgable and practical. Thank you for your help! There is also free customer parking right outside the door.

Buy my garden tool’s from there. Always seem to have what I want in stock, and are of good quality, and probably cheaper than the garden centre up the road.

Needed a hose my dishwasher and was greeted by Phil who was most helpful with my purchase and questions about returns should it not fit. The best customer service I've experienced for a while.

Recently purchased a Dehumidifier from Farnham Toolstation, via their online click and collect service. It was very easy and by far the safest way to shop During Covid lock down. The team member called Tim was polite and efficient. The time I spent in the shop was no more than 3 minutes. I highly recommend both the team members and the click and collect service.

It was my 1st visit. Pete was knowledgeable, polite & extremely helpful. I left with everything I needed, helpful advice and a smile on my face. Not bad for a monday morning.

Having moved back to Farnham recently I’ve started to use Toolstation in monkton way, I’ve always found the click & collect service to be very efficient, the staff are always very helpful,Lyn in particular who I believe has just switched from the Alton depot is extremely knowledgable of the products Toolstation has to offer & very polite.

The team here have been working hard to keep essential access to tools and materials available during the lock down and operate a very thorough routine to ensure social distancing is maintained.
