After describing my condition to Krista, which appeared to be RSI in my knees from driving too much, Krista recommended, and supplied, a treatment and within 2 months the pain had almost gone with full strength back in both knees. Considering I'd had the condition for nearly 3 years, this was a fast recovery. I can only conclude that Krista's treatment recommendation helped considerably.

Krista was great, I've seen alot of health specialists but I really liked that she took a more holistic approach and didn't just give me a bunch of vitamins to take (which I hate!) , but rather helped me work out how to adjust my diet to get the right nutrition for my body and lifestyle. Its a diet I enjoy and my body isn't so irritated. Win win!
