Excellent customer services today from Russell in Pagazzi Warrington. We explained about an issue we were having with a several year old light fitting and he knew exactly the fitting we required and all was sorted in less than 5mins .. Thank you Russell x

We purchased a lamp on 2019. Unfortunately the fitting broke. We took it back yesterday. Although they do not have a repair service. An employer Russell Walton offered to take a look. He called today to say he had repaired it. No charge. Exceptional service.

Having found Pagazzi on the internet locating it was breeze We entered the building and were met with warm welcome ,and asked they could help We said no thanks not at the moment Later on a few questions arose, once we had decided on two lamps and one mirror All sorted we made our way to counter which was quite painless The surprise came when Russell the assistance loaded our purchases on to a trolley and proceeded to our car. Service like this is not seen very often

Visited store in Warrington. Gentleman gave good advice on lights. Returned Good Friday as kind sales lady had kept a light for us. Very helpful staff

A huge selection of products with pricing to suit most budgets.
Easy to get through the ailes and browse around.
Good parking facilities, which are free. A number of mobility impaired parking slots are available close to the doors.
Now that this area is nearly fully complete, you can negotiate in and out of this shopping centre through more than the original entrance.

Avoid...avoid... Awful service by an arrogant store manager. I brought a chandelier from the store and had one of the lights faulty (see photo). When I returned to the store he simply refused to refund or replace. He kind of tricked me by initially saying he will exchange and when I moved to look for a new one, he took away the original and repaired it. When I came back selecting a new (costlier but agreed to pay difference) he simply refused to exchange saying original is working now. I wasted a whole day and the electrician cost only to be treated like this. Avoid this shop, i can assure you this is not the first and won't be last (see other reviews).. AVOID (you will get better cheaper in other shops nearby)..
