Beautiful place. Gorgeous spa right next door to the hotel with lots of facilities. Absolutely delicious food 😋 The hotel is beautiful rooms warm and very comfortable. A fabulous buffet breakfast, and last but not least, the staff were wonderful and an absolute delight. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, and just pretty amazing!
First ever visit but would definitely go again. Loved it.

The visit was a tastier evening trying the hotels wedding meal options for my son's and future daughters wedding. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was outstanding. Ample car parking and gardens are beautiful. Looking forward to staying overnight and seeing my son getting married in a superb hotel setting.

The hotel, the staff, the food and spa where perfect. the spa has its own bar and restaurant which you can sit in your robes great for breaking up the day without having to get changed. Hotel rooms were nice, clean and modern. If there is an event on downstairs do expect loud music past midnight even on the top floor, but apart from that the weekend was perfect. thank you very much for having us.

We stopped at the crow wood hotel and spa, which has been on our radar for quite a while and it was brilliant the concierge /front of house is fantastic and put you at ease instantly. Reception was amazing to book us in and keep our bags until we finished at the spa.
The spa did not fail to impress we did not have any treatments,we had a lazy lunch our waitresses and waiters where equally fantastic.
The hotel is very brilliant a credit to all the staff we met on our stay
All in all a great days relaxing 5Stars

Very happy with the whole experience. Took my husband for his birthday. We had a lovely modern room with views of Pendle Hill and the gardens. There's also a walk around the grounds, they provide a map! The food was very good. We would definitely return.

Visited Crow Wood for a wedding reception and wow !
A well run beautifully modern venue. The reception was in the hotel and it was a perfect place. Easy parking, all amenities to hand. Hotel bedrooms were well equipped and clean.
Drinks a little expensive but that was to be expected.

We Recently attended an evening wedding reception. The grounds were immaculate and the hotel is beautiful with a modern high quality finish. We arrived early and had lunch in the restaurant. Four of us had different menus which were all delicious. It was very busy with customers having lunches and equally busy with evening dinners. Great atmosphere with very attentive friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. We would definitely go back.

Quality food and service, if you're travelling from the east, it's 1 minute off the motorway, from the west. It's not the nicest of drives through the town. I would continue to next junction and approach from the east. It won't take any longer but is a nicer experience.

Fantastic spa hotel. Rooms were really spacious and well laid out. The spa itself was very modern and felt newly refurbished. The two on site restaurants were excellent, Wilfred's particularly so.

We went for Saturday lunch to Wilfreds..and what a delight it was. Luckily, it was a sunny January day, and this added to the occasion as it was a birthday lunch treat. The services was perfect; time was given to look through the menu, which was varied.. I chose the chicken dish as my main and my hubby had the lamb..both were perfectly cooked and yummy..we had shared a cheesey garlic bread for starter and were full after..The resturant was in the main hotel and had a lovely bright glass aspect overlooking the front of the hotel. We sat in a bay seat which was great for people watching...I would highly recommend this superb Hotal and dining for a drink or that special occasion..our daughter had her wedding here a couple of years ago, and we have returned several times since that special occasion, as our overnight stays have been superb... This venue does not disappoint. We also met a very lovely man, who was the Valet and had a really pleasant chat..
A must for a visit...

What an amazing venue. Attended a wedding here and what a gorgeous setting. From the hotel itself to the stunning views. Staff were amazing, food was amazing, the whole day from start to finish was amazing. Best wedding I have ever been to.
Sadly, we didn't stay here due to the fact there was no family room and we would have to pay for two adjoining rooms for our children which was costly for a family. There were other local hotels that we were able to stay in for a family for a quarter of the price. Only downfall really but amazing place.

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms, great service and one of the best restaurants in the area. The gym and pool is available to guests. The gym is well equipped and a good place to train for my sponsored Fix Radio Lancashire to London cycle ride next Summer, raising funds for prostate cancer.

I have stayed at many hotels over the years and you can always find things that you feel could be better and this is also true for the Crow Wood.
For example, we would have liked a set of drawers in our bedroom. The TV was strangely and annoyingly off centre. The walk to the Spa would be miserable in the rain and I didn't like the way the path crosses the road from the stables, I feel there's an accident waiting to happen. The breakfast tables could have cleared a little quicker, and room service missed a couple of minor things. The food isn't cheap but no surprise there. No local ales in the bars. One lift wasn't working. Rather odd access arrangements to the Spa. I didn't like the depressing background music in Wilfred's at breakfast.
However the plus points totally outweigh any negatives. Our room was brand new, spotless and comfortable. The food at breakfast and also dinner at Bertram's was superb, The capacious Spa is by far the best we have visited - faultless. The service, particularly the front desk, was extremely friendly and if you did need anything it was sorted quickly and courteously. Even more impressive as there were a few new starters. Rural setting with good road connections and plenty of parking.

The staff were very attentive and professional. They were happy to help with anything and always had a smile to give. Special mention to the concierge Rudolph, who went out of his way to assist us with everything and make us feel very welcomed. The room was spotless and the food delicious. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort is second to none. The location of the hotel is idyllic. It's surrounded by green, they have a place on the ground where you can go walking ( approx 1 mile) the staff are all happy, talkative and very accommodating. Oh yes! lookout for the concierge named Rudolph, what a star.
The room had a view to die for. It's a fantastic hotel. One thing to note is that the spa is not included in the price, and is £55-£80 dependent on the time you book, but they do have a steam sauna and a large pool, which is included in the price. We were there for our 22nd anniversary, and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious
