A great experience here. Good food and good service. Great family atmosphere.
Cleaning procedures in place. Lovely.

Gapton Hall McDonald's was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was lovely and clean. We were served very quickly with no wait. There was a wheelchair accessible entrance and disabled toilets.

The food was very hot, it made a nice change as the other ones are normally warm. I had the wrap of the day it was the new spicy chicken wrap. It was very hot, nearly burnt my tongue. I was glad I had a milkshake. I would definitely have again.

Nice atmosphere. Busy place but 2 lovely smiley ladies of a certain age were keeping the floors dry and waiting staff could not have been more helpful. I felt like they were all smiley theme park staff.

A nice restaurant to eat in.
Ordered using the screens. We had a few customised items and everything was made accordingly - no mistakes.
Plenty of activity sheets and crayons for the children.
Restaurant and toilets were clean.
Parking not great; very small car park. But plenty of space in the adjoining retail park.

I had a big Mac and a drinking chocolate both were delicious the service was very quick Staff we're also polite and friendly

It's been a long time since I've had a McDonald's which was this well presented and tasted so good too!

Fast food there living a dream, but with 99p offers on it worth the 15 to 20 min wait.

Very organised. Great food. We use this as our service stop. Been using it 10years plus. Highly recommended

New double Big Mac with bacon was great. Place today and staff polite. Particularly Eliza who was very professional and helpful.

Great meal - we sat down to eat to split up a long journey. We used table service and they messed up our order, but the employee replaced our order immediately. Great service

I was with my family.we was on holiday.from west midlands.i was having trouble.logging onto the app inside.which was on my phone.i kept losing the signal.im disabled so find it hard to walk most times.my family was busy doing there own things.they was watching my grandsons.age 6&10.very active they are.i asked one of the lady's to help me with the app.then another lady joined her.both McDonald's workers.they was ever so helpful.they helped me order my food.and put me at ease.cause I felt so down.i couldn't do it myself.they both took the time,out of there busy day to help me.i didn't get there names.but one was maybe a lady in her 40s.long blond/grey hair.ever so nice.and other lady was slightly bigger in size.age 20 plus.i want to say thank you for your kindness,on such a hot busy day.take care your both a credit to McDonald's xx

McDonald's as you'd expect and as it should be. I've never had any problems here - food is always hot, staff are friendly and restaurant is always clean and tidy.

There was a runner called eloise who was really friendly and super helpful. Amazing customer service 🤩

This is a place for people who have disabilities and this JERK parks were without a blue badge.

Very helpful staff.
Went in to purchase a shirt and tie which I had seen a few days before. Unfortunately the displays had been rearranged and the item I wanted discontinued. Staff were so helpful, went to basement to try to find the item in stock being returned to warehouse. Such a relief for me when he returned with the exact tie that i needed.
