Halfords - Wellingborough

I had a gear service today on my Carrra. Very professional, friendly and fast service. The gentleman named Gregg that carried out the service was very polite and even helped sort some historic issues too.

Both Rhys & Bradley were extremely helpful today - they were both professional, informative and friendly and offered unbiased advice. I am now the happy owner of a new bike.

Harley the technician was very polite and did a great job replacing my head light bulb. Even though there was customers before us he would regularly tells us what position we were in the que to being served.

Great service today. Called in for a bike cassette for my smart trainer purchased from Halfords online and had it fitted while I waited. Thank you very much

Visited Wellingborough after viewing website which said I’d need to make an appointment and possibly need to leave my car. Was reassured my tyre pressures could be checked immediately and free of charge. Offered other checks if required.

Very quick and professional service, I needed a new battery for my Honda Civic which was quickly fitted by Halfords. Well done and many thanks for such good service.

Excellent repair service. The bike was new, had been ridden as few times but was faulty. The technician Ryan was thorough and kept me in the loop regarding repairs and updates. When we collected the bike it rides so much better and had clearly had some work, time ans effort put into it.

Best service I have had in a long while ,From walking in shop Customer service(Nicola) to fitter (Luke) apparently first time working at this store usually at another branch Well done Wellingborough Northants Branch. I joined motoring club for discounts etc but didn't spend enough does card get sent to me by post. not sure on that one.

I had my passenger side brake light repaired by a very proficient young man by the name of Harvey he did the job very well

Sunday afternoon was very busy however Alfie found a couple of minutes to help with opening the display and help me out to complete my big order on ADVANCED HALFORDS TOOLS!
I came back next day for couple more bits and Alfie helped me again with no hesitation.

My wife and I came to Halford's, Wellingborough yesterday looking for a pair of cycling shoes. We were helped by Henri, who could not have been more helpful in making several journeys into the stock room to get different sizes for me to try on. We apologized for giving him extra work but he was charming and clearly took satisfaction in helping us find the right pair. We then also bought cycling gloves and a Hi-Viz jacket - which we had no intention of buying when we first entered the shop!

Very happy to have saved £57 buying an AGM leisure battery. Much more expensive at a nearby competitor.

Jacob came to fit some tryes on my car - what a refreshingly, honest and decent lad. He had a faulty piece of equipment he needed to replace before completing the job. He's gone back to his main base and they've told him he needs to use his own money to replace the equipment. Halfords should be getting a 1 star review - what an awful company and this sums up massive companies taking advantage of their workers - you Halfords are proper scum but Jacob is quality - how on Earth you have managed to convince him to work for you I never know - people like this give you a better reputation that you will ever deserve - 5 stars for the legend Jacob - 1 star for Halfords

Went this morning to have a headlight bulb replaced . Brilliant service and all done within 15 minutes 👍

I went for a bike checkup as the shop was coming out of lockdown (they'd just started to open the upstairs part of the shop). They sorted out my bike there and then whilst I waited. It took about 30-40 mins. My back wheel annoyingly kept puncturing inner tubes, so they fully inspected the wheel rim (as well as taping up the inside of it) and the inside of the tyre wall, before fitting a new tube (one even popped on him but for the life of us we couldn't find what was doing it). Everything now all seems well however with the bike. The back tyre has stayed pumped up (fingers crossed). Whilst I was waiting I browsed the shop. There was little stock but still they had some great bikes on sale.

Went into the store today in a state of panic as my car needed a new battery. The guys in here were so helpful, I spoke to a chap sadly I didn't catch his name but he was on the till as I walked in around 9:20 this morning. He then went and found a battery for my car and left us with a gentlemen called Harry who replaced it in no time. Very smooth transaction and great customer service.
