We had great time visiting Santa. He was really lovely and didn't rush us and Santa's elves were good fun.

Great place to shop, friendly staff, good range of stuff from stationary, tools, fancy dress, pet goods. Good garden centre bit also and a cafe. You can always find something you didn't know you needed.

Bought the Christmas tree here. Lovely shape and at a good price, as we've done for last three years. Will be back next year.

Fantastic place for everyone great breakfast great grotto, my kids were autistic and little buggers ran around the grotto backwards and forwards but the staff didn't mind too much 😁

Yesterday I was there for late breakfast with my son and husband.They were very busy but got the food out hot and with a smile.Then at 11 o'clock we did two mins silence.Seen as both my husband and son are ex military it made my day.So big thankyou and well done at chaplins.In nice way you made an old lady shed a tear love to you all.

This is a fantastic shop. It goes on forever and sells everything! Nice garden centre and cafe there too.

Always great value, and its worth it as I come from Torquay to get my stuff ,so it's not a short trip for me 😀😀

Allow a few hours if you visit Chaplins, so much stuff to browse around, lovely garden centre and good food in restaurant

We have just visited for breakfast with santa and the Santa's grotto that has definatly got to be the best santa experience we have had, so friendly the grotto was amazing thank u so much for a fabulous Xmas experience x

Well worth a visit if you find yourself this way, a veritable maze of interesting bargains with pleasant and friendly staff.

Personally I think Chaplin's is one of most loved shops in Plymouth. Great discounts and products. Such a wide range of all different things. The garden centre ihas a huge diversity of flowers/plants. The cafe is lovely. The breakfast is super tasty and definitely a stomach full to say the least.

Love this shop. It is not glamorous, but it has its own charm. Tucked away in Plymstock near Lord Louis restaurant, it has absolutely anything that you might need for your home. We always end up more than we planned, so if you are shopaholic, here is your paradise. Garden centre with a big range of products will give you buzz if you have green fingers. Enjoy.

Popped in here just before Xmas...If I'd had more time and money! I would of spent a fortune.

I popped into the cafe today whilst waiting for my car to be done at a nearby garage. The staff were very welcoming & friendly and the coffee was very reasonably priced and hot. No frills but that’s how I like it.
