I honestly can't write in words sufficiently to praise just how great a service Wear Referrals are. Our little Jack owes his life to them, we as a family will forever be grateful.
The level of professionalism from all staff and in such a wonderful facility can not be underestimated.

Excellent care, compassion and a real success story. We thought we were going to loose Fudgy, our Persian cat as she lost the use of her back legs over the Christmas holidays. Our vet referred us to Wear referrals where we met the head of neurology, Fabio he took great care of Fudgy and removed her slipped discs pushing in her spinal cord and she’s recovering really well.
Fabio and his team have been a wonderful support as managing with such specialist care at home whilst she recovers has been hard for us and they have always been on the end of the phone to help and if we have needed they have accommodated us when we have needed to have her checked.
Highly recommended and very grateful owners.

The diagnosis is better than it could have been, she will need further help and treatment, again perfectly explained of the route to take.
The staff are so attentive and helpful, they are completely at your service and you're made to feel very very welcome from the word go.
I cannot recommend them more highly. My consultant Fabio was exactly the Vet that anyone would need or want when things get difficult. Spot on.
He even called me back to arrange future treatment and plans that would fit in with life and our little pug.
They really do have an air of caring that surrounds the hospital. Really am impressed.

Wear referrals saved our dog! I cannot thank or recommend the team enough.
Our dog had to have emergency surgery to remove a sports bottle cap from his intestine and the team were fantastic, facilities are great and communication is brilliant. Thanks again for everything :)

My dog codie took seriously ill. We rushed him through and when we got there we could,nt get him out of the car. 2 of the nurses rushed out with a trolly and between them managed to get him out. The care and patience they gave was amazing, that team that night went beyond to help. Sadly we lost him but they did everything they could. They are all Angels 😇 💜 💖

Despite the outcome of our visit, that involved having to say goodbye to our little Ren, I can't fault the staff team at wear referrals veterinary specialists out of hours.

We could not have asked for better service and respect for our family and little one at this most diffcult time. We are so very grateful for everything you did and provided us.

I cannot speak highly enough about Wear-Referrals. The care the team gave us from day 1 was outstanding. They cared for our dog and did everything to save him. Unfortunately his brain tumour was just too aggressive so we had to say goodbye. Fabio was amazing, he explained everything to us, gave us time to say goodbye and even cried with us. So caring and supportive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Had Fabio for a neurological assessment of a friend's cat and WOW. Not only was the Vet knowledgeable and clearly in possession of major skill, but he also communicated concisely and handled our cat with tenderness and real care. Thank you Fabio ;) we'll be back

Took my St Bernard in with suspected bloat on Christmas Eve as an emergency. Staff were amazing and explained everything and really cared for my dog. Would highly recommend and can’t thank them enough.

Iv been through one of the hardest fortnight’s of my life and it would have been a whole lot harder without them.

My dog Luna was injured with a stick. She was seen to roughly 30
Minutes after she’d been referred. They were incredible, they did what was needed without causing her any unnecessary distress and they also did everything they could to keep the cost down after my insurance turned out to be terrible.

They were available 24/7 to guide me through and were always checking in on Luna’s progress.

Everyone there must genuinely love what they do as they couldn’t have done anything else, wonderful people.

Phenomenal veterinary surgery, Receptionists are very pleasant. The vets are extremely efficient and professional. By far the best vets I’ve ever been to I can’t thank wear veterinary enough, 5 star care for sure.

Absolutely fabulous! The staff were all amazing, Nellie received the best care possible and came through a successful surgery, being able to walk again. I can’t thank them enough or praise them enough!

Amazing! Our cat had decided to swallow some string and our normal vets was closed at the weekend. On visiting their office Wear Referrals informed us of the process they would need to follow and the estimated price until any further steps were required.We were informed the string had made it's way into our cats large intestine though we were always kept well informed of the procedure taking place. On handing out cat back to us we were consulted on the care required for our cat on returning home. After bringing our cat home on the Sunday I had to phone Wear Referrals a few times due to a few concerns though each time nothing was too much trouble for them. Our cat is doing great now. Thank you to the Wear Referrals Team!

My Bedlington Terrier Charlie was referred to Wear Referrals on 4 April. Sadly he had contracted Lymphoma and was not responding to treatment. We had to make the decision to say goodbye to him on 6 April. He was treated with care and dignity throughout and all staff, reception, Katerina and particularly the Oncology team, who also arranged his cremation with Forget me Not, displayed tremendous compassion throughout the process at the most difficult time for us. Despite the outcome for Charlie, I cannot praise this hospital enough. Thank you. Xx

Answered questions wrongly. Thought I was talking about somewhere else. Wear vets are splendid. I highly recommend them. Very large car park, wheel chair access to reception, Toilets immaculate, and are tailored for disabled. I could not be more pleased with my dog Stormy's treatment. 10 out of 10.

My dog has been to wear for two separate issues unfortunately. I can't thank them enough for the care he received. The level of service from all staff, and the care here is incomparable in my experience. After a bad experience at another practice and faced with putting our dog through a second knee surgery, thank you to Maciej for his expertise. Chris from finance is always incrediblely supportive too. I know my dog's in good hands here.

I cannot thank the team at Wear Referrals enough for saving my cat's life. The communication throughout was excellent and I feel Topsy received the best possible care. As a first opinion vet, I can be confident referring any patients there that they are in the best hands. Thank you to Laura, Anna and Emily and the whole team.

Superb!!! Our pug had scarring on her spine causing numbness which led to knuckling her back feet and incontinence..The super vet at Wear operated on her for 4 hrs and put pins into.5 vertebra then removed scarring from spinal cord. It's 4 weeks later now and Sophie is walking properly, no more knuckling of her back legs, and is swaggering around the garden like a boss again!!!

A small dog was hit on the A1, we called Wear Referrals who attended within 10 mins. Unfortunately the poor thing died as they arrived. Service from start to end was amazing, lovely caring staff took the dog. Cant thank you enough for coming as the poor dog probs would have been left there. X

Amazing from the reception team, to Clare Rusbridge who saw Ebony yesterday following another scare, Clare has been looking after Ebony since she was just 3 years old, Ebony has a spinal condition & over the years made a number of emergency’s visits to see Clare, who on more than one occasion has saved her life, Ebony will be 13 next year she is still here due to the amazing care received from Clare Rusbridge
