I reported an issue with a product at 8pm on Monday. They replied 9am on Tuesday and told me a replacement would be with me by Friday. Communication throughout was clear, quick and responsive. I was highly impressed with the quality of their customer service. Whilst it's disapointing there was an issue with the product their response has been exceptional.

Kate, in Customer Service at Bella Bathrooms (BB), has today provided exceptional and outstanding customer service.

I had to contact BB as my Plumber pointed out a manufacturing fault with the shower tray I had bought. Kate was straight on the case and by close of business had a replacement tray arranged for delivery so my Plumber can continue with the job I have booked him for.

Absolutely faultless service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Will definitely use Bella Bathrooms again. Thank you Kate.

We ordered a stainless steel bathroom cabinet which was very competitively priced. Delivery was prompt but unfortunately it had been slightly damaged in transit. We contacted Bella Bathrooms and they dealt with the situation very quickly and professionally by sending out a replacement. Would definitely recommend.

Products are fabulous but the customer svice has been amazing. I messed up my order (s) - nothing has been too much toruble. Everything sorted seamlessly (including running to the wareouse to stop an order going out)

Item received well packed and delivered on time. I had an issue with one of my items, communication via email was quick and easy and a few days later I had a refund agreed. 2 days after that it was back on my card. Great customer service. Would use again.

I recently asked for some spare washers for the bathroom sink plug which has sadly began to slowly leak water from the bowl into the waste pipe. I was very kindly promptly sent a new plug complete with the new washer and the issue has been resolved, so now I can shave a little more slowly without the fear of the water draining away before I have finished! Yay!
