This is the second time I have purchased a performance car from Rangebrook, all I can say is another top motor supplied by them, they went above and beyond to meet my requirements and requests, also got picked up from train station

Picked up my mini John Cooper Works yesterday and can’t fault the car or the customer service. Mark was a pleasure to deal with, never pushy and always happy and helpful throughout the whole process.

Fantastic service from start to end. All members of staff were a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales and we felt comfortable at all times to peruse at our own pleasure. Test drive was brilliant and any questions were answered honestly.

Visit Rangebrook after looking on their website quite often and seeing at lot of different cars within my price range. I have a few bad experiences with going to look at car as most places feel very pushy and follow you around which sets my anxiety off.
I went to rangbrook with anxiety but it quickly went away. I could look around the grounds without looking over my shoulder thinking I was going to get hounded about buying a car. You could see a few people in the office so if you needed them or wanted to ask anything they were there but you are left to look around at your own pace.
When I found a car I was interested in mark let us look around with no problem for as long as needed. I went with a finance option, mark walked me through the process as I have never done it before. It was quick, easy and done within a day. The car needed to go a service and mot before I had it and I was updated with the process. I also did part exchange which was so easy as mark did all the paperwork.
All rangbrook team I encountered were friendly and happy to help.

Welcoming and patient, and honest and straightforward. We were pleased with the reasonable price offered in part-ex and the candid info and advice re the vehicle we wanted to purchase.

Had to replace my Astra due to the ULEZ expanding in London. Was looking at various cars during lockdown on websites. Came across Rangebrook and saw a Jaguar XE so I spoke to Mark and arranged a time and date to visit. Worth the drive from London. Car was as described and staff friendly and helpful. Put a deposit down and returned to pick it up 6 days later after the had serviced it. Rangebrook took my Astra, and paperwork all sorted and drove new car back to London. Car running nicely. Even though Rangebrook is a couple of hours from me, will definitely look to return at some point in the future.

Update: When I bought the car originally, there was only one key. Not uncommon I know, and Mark said sometimes the 2nd key turns up 2-3 months later. Jump forward 23 months, and the 2nd key finally turned up at Rangebrook (I assume the previous owner had a clearout and found it). Mark called me and confirmed I still had the Jaguar and I have now got 2 keys. 2nd key worked when I received it. Very happy with the service provided, especially nearly 2 years after buying the car.
