Dunelm

Have just bought some "made to measure" curtains for our lounge. Not having much knowledge as to having "pleat curtains" we went to Nuneaton Branch where we had them from and spoke to a lady called Tempany. She was such a helpful girl. We asked if we could get someone to come out and fit them for us and she got in contact with their curtain fitter who will come this week and it will be sorted. Ok we have had to pay for this service, but at least it will be done professionally. Very difficult if you havent fit these curtain before. Thank you once again Tempany (hope thats how you spell your name).

Visited the Nuneaton store from Birmingham to purchase some Adele voile curtain 40" drop having not been successful locally in the quantity required. We were assisted by Angela in the Curtain Dept. but found they didn't have the quantity in that size either.However Angela proceeded to phone our local store in Erdington and found they had sufficient quantity in the next drop which I agreed to have so she asked them to save it and we returned to Erdington to collect it. Would like to thank Angela for taking the time to go above and beyond to ensure we made our purchase and being very pleasant throughout.

Really helpful staff who are obliging. Lovely selection of curtains which are over two floors but it gives you great ideas for bedrooms.
Also nice selection of net curtains which Ashley was more than happy to display the roll on the table. Thanks Dunelm team.

I had sizes for the windows and never brought curtains or nets before, so I asked the staff, and they helped. Took it all home and the job done, perfectly

Went to Dunelm on Sunday in Nuneaton to get home in Wiltshire after buying blinds to fixtures missing phoned the shop and the girl was lovely and went above and beyond to get new fixtures sent to me also a thank you to the manager for approving this ..Fantastic service from the store we will be visiting again , thank you again

Products to suit all budgets. Some lovely bargains. We also visited the cafe nice choice of snacks and drinks, even a good choice of different milks. Very competitive prices and the member of staff that served us with our food and drinks was excellent, very friendly and helpful, an absolute asset to the company. In fact all the staff were lovely. This is our first visit to this branch but it definitely will not be our last

Super store for all curtain and bedding needs. Well laid out, extremely friendly staff, and ample parking in front of the store. We spent over an hour here, and found almost everything we were looking for.

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to acknowledge the lovely lady from made to measure. I wanted to purchase matching curtains and cushions and Kelly was so helpful finding the cushions in the warehouse and helping me select the correct sized curtains. She is a credit to the store and I will shop there again. Thank you Kelly.

I don’t often write reviews however I felt compelled to after today’s visit to the store. We were served by a lady at the till called Mandy she was absolutely fantastic with my 4 year old little boy letting him ‘help’ her with our purchases. He was so thrilled to be able to ‘help’ and she made him feel extremely special, he came out with a huge smile on his face. Thank you Mandy for making it a lovely shopping trip for my son and me, you are a total credit to the company.

The store was jam packed with great products. We picked up 3 new duvets, bedsets, cushions, lamps and household items. The cashier helped us to the car and nothing seemed too much trouble. Great shopping experience.

Well I haven't been here for a while and it was really nice to look around. As usual great stock at reasonable prices. Not always but most of the time. I struggle with outer ear pain and tried all the ones on Amazon and they didn't work so went in to Dunelm not expecting much but they had a great selection of pillows and they have ones you can touch and feel to get a good sense of how it's going to be. So I ended up with a Fogarty pillow the highest pillow I have ever seen and has a quilted layer on top. I bought this over a two weeks ago and I'm in love with it never slept better. Thanks Dunelm for all your choices. I would definitely recommend going to Dunelm if you need house hold things replacing especially bed sheets and they even make their own curtains to your exact requirements. So if you want a frying pain to face mask to Matt's to washing baskets they have everything you need. The duvet sets can be a little on the pricey side bit the quality is great so it's worth it

Ordered online for click & collect order was acknowledged and ready within 15 minutes. Emailed Dunelm to let them know we were in the car park goods brought to the car. Back home, all in less than an hour. Impressed

It's harder to get bargains than it used to be but then again there are some very good quality products. I like the bedding section the best because of the sheer number of products on offer. Very nice displays too.

Absolutely first class. Purchasing curtains, and needing some help and advice, the lady assistant could only have been more helpful by paying for the curtains and accessories herself; added to which, she had a lovely sense of humour. It made the, for me at any rate, tedious job if selecting and purchasing curtains a real pleasure.
