Purchased a Big mikey U shaped sofa which I couldn't be happier with. We had an issue with one of the modules but this was sorted promptly.

The sofa itself is very comfortable, great soft fabric and unbelievable value for money!

Absolutely great experience with quatropi! Had a custom size sofa made, was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Christina from sales kept me updated throughout my sales journey, once delivered I had some trouble putting the feet on and jack and Jay came over from the showroom to assist me and gave me some aftercare tips.
Would 100% recommend and would definitely buy from here again.

Ordered Monday night, received Friday. Had to get neighbours to help lift the seat over the fence, as I forgot to measure if it would go through the door. Manage to put it together on my own and so proud of the end product. It is so comfy and will be well used.

We recently purchased a corned dining set which is great but we had a few damaged items during transit. The Quatropi team (in particular “Lyndon”) did a fantastic job of quickly rectifying the issues and sending replacements. Their great service really takes the stress out of the process for returns, great job team !

Bought a double egg chair when it arrived it was top quality and so easy to build, had an issue with a missing part which customer services delt with quickly and without question.

I looked everywhere for the right sofa to suit this modern take on 70's style. A huge choice of fabrics meant I was able to get it made in an Olive green velvet (and it didn't cost any more than the standard fabric!)
The sofa is comfortable, arrived on time and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend for quality, price and flexibility to get your perfect look!

I thank the Quatropi sales team for the attention they gave us, especially Darius, for all the help with the purchase of the sofa, I live in Spain but my children are living in Birmingham, and from Spain with the help of Darius via Chat I was able to help my children to read their sofa. the quality of the materials is incredible, and the after-sales service is even better.

I have used quatropi several times and find their products excellent quality. Their after sales is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and would definitely purchase from them in the future. I am fortunate to live locally to the showroom, however, wouldn't hesitate to order online. I have been impressed with the overall service & products.

Bought a dining table from here had a few problems with it but Lyndon sorted them out and went beyond to put things right for us best customer service I have seen so far by a mile definitely recommend if you looking for any furniture these are the guys to go too.

Very friendly helpful family run business. We spent quite a well in the showroom asking questions about the garden furniture and taking measurements. Julian took the time to show us other items that were not in the showroom. We placed an order and received our items in less than a week. We’ve been delighted with their customer service and the quality of the furniture. I particularly liked the fact we could build our furniture in that we could mix and match the pieces to fit the space we have. I’d definitely buy from them again.

Just received my third lot of garden furniture having been so impressed with the quality of my first order. The hanging chair is a great addition to my sofas. A friend liked it so much she’s ordered one too!

Bought a large modern sideboard after much research. Superb quality. Delivery was quick and updates excellent. The delivery itself made by the Company was very helpful delivering to my room of choice. Great business and really pleased I ordered from them - will order again for sure.

I usually dont leave reviews but Kaylee was a star. My dining tables bench had small rods sticking out when it was first delivered. I thought it was normal until recently it pierced a hole through the material. I couldnt prove it was delivered damaged, despite me contacting them 6 months after warranty finished, they asked for some pictures and the next minute I got an email from the couriers ready to delivery a new bench. I really admire businesses who go the extra mile, i will definitely be purchasing my garden furniture from them. Kind regards
