Sainsbury's

Perhaps a bit expensive for non-grocery goods but quality is good for both. Staff are always helpful and polite. Late in the day visits may see your favorite item out of stock. Nectar prices are a bonus but they might be enabled by expensive not-so-popular goods so shop wisely.

I was helped by a shop assistant goes by the name Carol Leese? Definitely the correct surname. Anyway she went well above and beyond to help me and she was clearly very busy. Please give her a payrise or atleast acknowledgement for the credit she so Definitely deserves.

I like using this supermarket because of its good location, the choice and quality of food. Also, entry / exit to car park is so simple. The toilets have always been clean and the staff have always appeared really happy.

Many fresh items and pastries were nicely made and tasty.

Picked up some items in argos and got some great yellow ticket reductions. Good experience!

I honestly don’t think people decide to visit supermarkets based on reviews but this one is right next to Riversley Park if you need some fresh air and greenery after you’ve piled your shopping into the boot.

Visited at 1PM and every department was fully stocked. Queues weren't bad at all. Food is good value for money especially if you have a Nectar card.

Well stocked Sainsbury Superstore, with friendly welcoming staff. Very responsive and attentive. Got everything that you would require from your local superstore. Recommend.

With your royalty card it's worth going into see if it benefits your shopping trip

Wheelchair friendly, parking wasn't too bad but it can get busy. Argos is also available at this location. Staff are friendly and stock is usually in good supply for last minute needs.

Good sized store, here Sainsbury's selling Tu clothing and Habitat home ware.
There's an Argos within the store, also toilets.
It's great that a parcel collection point is placed outside.

Have only just started to visit Sainsbury in Nuneaton,fancied a change from using another popular store in town ..competitive prices and a pleasant atmosphere. Collecting my Nectar points ,mounting up slowly ...

Lovely clean store with great products. Shame their range of food products has shrunk.

This is my local sainsburys and come here for most items. I would say that I have been coming here for at least 20 years.

The supermarket has changed. But one thing that has never changed is the staff. They are always friendly and willing to help.

The shelves are always stocked and usually have a range of products.

The bakery is good with a wide range of breads to suit most diets.

I like the deli and hot food counter, both offering good quality food at a reasonable price.

Overall, it's a good sainsburys with little if any faults.

Update: no deli or hot counter, and staff have changed. Still has a good feel about it but has lost its heart and soul, I would say. Its values appear to have changed.

Update: It seems to have a high turnover of staff, and those who have been there a while appear not to care. It's a shame that sainsburys has lost its family values.

Nuneaton store are amazing, so helpful, lovely. So why do you treat them so badly? Not just Nuneston. One customer complaint, you believe the customer. This was when I was at Gallagher Store, Coventry, which you have now closed. Support your staff. I've witnessed the abuse they suffer, asked them about it, found out you have thrown them under the bus. Disgraceful behaviour by management. Spend a day in store, dressed like staff, see what they cope with. I assure you, you would not tolerate it.
