Incredible service - I rang and ordered two bespoke single headboards on a Wednesday afternoon and begged for quick delivery as I had people staying on the Friday. I didn't believe they could do it, but they arrived on Friday and were perfect.
Yes, if you look closely at the back you can see that they are stapled rather than stitched, they aren't craftsman quality, but they are amazing for the price, they look lovely in my spare room, the shape is great and the blue linen is the perfect colour. And they arrived in 36 hours!!!!!!!

I ordered a bed which arrived quicker than I anticipated. Slumberz called me when the driver was on his way and the delivery man even waited for 10 minutes until I could get back home. He was very helpful and polite and waited while I checked it over. Now I have used it for a week and it is SO comfortable and great quality for the price. I would not hesitate to recommend Slumberz to my friends. Mary

I was very impressed with the bed I ordered from Slumberz. The price was much better than I could find any where else for a similar product. The bed was exactly as described on the website and I was very happy with the quality. I found the transaction very simple and the member of staff I spoke to from Slumberz was helpful and polite. The bed arrived the next day - as promised. I will definitely buy from Slumberz again.

I ordered an extra thick mattress with memory foam topper from Slumberz and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The comfort is exceptional and the prices are unbelievably good. The staff were polite and helpful too - and I was even able to arrange my delivery when I knew I was going to be in.

I have been sleeping so well, I just don't want to get up in the morning now! Love it! A*************. I will definitely buy from Slumberz again. Thank you!

Excellent service. Ordered headboard which arrived damaged by courier. Contacted Slumberz who immediately sent out another one. Cannot ask for better service than that. Highly recommend.

Just received my head board for a super king bed from Slumberz, which was very well packaged and arrived quickly. Good quality and very good value for money. So I would certainly buy again from this seller

The price was excellent howevee when I received my confirmation email it was quite lengthy, basically giving a whole load of clauses if the item was broken. They basically said that you should check the item throughly before signing for it. Unluckily for me, my mum accepted the delivery but once open realised the headboard was snapped. If I purchase an item online I expect the item to come in good order and if its broken whether by the company or delivery company I would expect an exchange with no hassle. It is now clear that the email sent to me is the companies way of sending out faulty goods on the hope that people do not check the item. Shameless scam artists!! Do not purchase from them unleaa you have a spare half hr to thoroughly inspect the goods on arrival.

Had no notification of delivery... Luckily I was in when the headboard just turned up. Quality not great. There were no holes for headboard fixings. (Which are flimsy plastic). Came with packaging stapled to the headboard material. Shoddy service. Packaging very damaged, but luckily headboard wasn't. Material is very shiny which you could not tell ion the picture

Awful customer care – the bed itself come late - with no instructions not to mention a handy man was needed to place the screws in the correct place as the bed wouldn’t go together correctly. (Alex at the company had the cheek to imply I was also lying) Mattress is apparently memory foam – but its like laying on a brick wall. Try to return but they don’t pick up returns so you have to pay £108 return out of your own pocket. Extremely disappointed not only with the bed but the customer service skills this company has is AWFUL. Take your money and run. Do not buy of this company! - Paige

Quick enough to take your money and run. Delivery was 3 days late than expected and the base off the divan bed collapsed after a month poor quality beds. The customer service is ridiculous they just wanna blame you and never listen. Avoid like the plague stay away.

Price great. Disappointing quality. Returnef item at own cost as they don't offer returning services. Be warned.
