I’ve been coming here for my morning coffees for the last few weeks whilst visiting family in Nuneaton. Extremely friendly staff and great coffees!

Cafe Nero is my favourite of the high street coffee shops, and I don't have one in the town I live in so this is my closest. Worth the journey, never a disappointment ☕

Great location for sit down with coffee and snack. Really comfortable seating, plenty of room to get around.
Aroma of fresh coffee permeates through the air, adding to the great atmosphere.

Always excellent service at Caffè Nero! Being able to click and collect from the app now is a brilliant idea particularly in light of COVID, as you can order whilst on the way or sitting outside minimising the risk of transfer indoors.

I visit this place very often for a sit down in between college classes and never once had a bad experience (except for when I dropped a large latte down me in the middle of the cafe, but that was my own fault lol, the staff handled that amazingly). The staff are absolutely brilliant, all incredibly friendly and it’s lovely when you walk in and they remember your order. Never really been into coffee until I started going here and that’s because it is delicious and the atmosphere as well is lovely, a nice little resort in Nuneaton where you can chill, or get some work done. This place is fantastic

A lovely coffee shop, staff really nice. The hot choc with cream and belgium sprinkles is delish, 1 of the best i have tried.
We love neros anyway a far superior coffee shop to some of the other well known ones. Plus is dog friendy and that is a big bonus for us, we do not own a dog yet but we love chatting to other peoples dogs!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The Caffè is normally clean and presentable. Service has never been bad, if there is a wait staff always apologies. Service with a smile.

More importantly they serve the best Coffee in town.

Only negatives are:
1, One toilet, usually a wait to use it.
2, customers can be rude and usually monopolise tables that exceed their number, which is annoying when it gets busy. One occasion with my daughter, who was 3 months at the time. It was busy so we reserved a seat with my jacket, so I could have a warm drink and feed my daughter, and then waited in the queue. Made my order went back to my jacket which was on the floor. The chap which threw it on the floor was very rude, but the member of staff who brought over my order. Politely asked the chap to leave not only because of his foul behaviour but because he ordered a takeaway coffee and insisted in seating in.

Thank you Caffè Nero to staff having the integrity to do what is right.

Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming and the staff are superb. It's a really enjoyable place to relax and enjoy a coffee

The barista was friendly and courteous. She made the drinks perfectly, they were hot, looked good and tasted amazing. Better than another leading coffee establishment, which is very hit and miss.
The only negative was another staff member was sweeping the floor whilst we were drinking. We suffer from asthma, hayfever, and dust makes us sneeze. Plus it's not nice to have dust fly around in your drinks.
Other than that, a perfect visit!

Always a pleasant experience, had a few deliveries from these guys & they’re always spot on. Can’t resist a coffee stop when we nip into town. Thanks to Aimee for advising on different drinks, we now order a “wet” latte everywhere we go!
