Amazing visit with one of the kids I work with, he has epilepsy and they did everything they could do accommodate him and treated him amazingly!
Inside the park the facilities are of a really high standard and are evidently very well kept. Aswell as always being monitored by staff who are kind and helpful.
As for the food, I've never seen him scoff down a plate of sausage and chips so quickly and the portion size was massive and it was only a kids meal.
All in all I've got to give them a lot of props they gave us room to give a kid who finds life so hard due to his conditions a truly wonderful day. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a great day today at Hangar 5 trampoline Park. It doesn't matter if you are an adult or a child fun could be had here. I believe there are classes for keep fit too. There are toilet facilities too. The shop serves tea and different coffee's as well as a small menu like pizza and chips. This establishment is a must if you are visiting Pembrokeshire and is one of the best places for kids. If you have a few people going with you get the group discount.
The staff I spoke to were all very helpful and answered any question. Well worth a visit.

Lovely experience at hanger 5. The facilities are all brand new, clean and modern. The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. My children had a great time on both the trampoline area and the softplay. They have food and drinks, the pizzas looked amazing

Great value compared to other trampoline parks. For two hours most will cost you £21. Here it's £15 which includes socks. Food decent and prices good. All round fantastic place for kids especially. My daughter loved it

Fantastic experience here today! The staff were all lovely and really helpful. The trampoline park is fab, loved the toys out during the family session and the dodge ball was hilarious. Good soft play - very good toddler section and nice that it’s separate. We all had lunch in the cafe - we have several food allergies and the staff could not have been more helpful or understanding. Fantastic range of alternative milks and we all ate well. Prices as expected for the venue but well worth it. Thank you all for making our rainy day out fabulous x

Great way to burn off all the extra Christmas energy! Cafe had lots of choices.

Excellent for kids. Adults, you'll be a bit out of place in the trampolines, this place is almost 100% definitely for your children. Enjoy a pizza, they're surprisingly good. Socks are included in the price so don't waste your money on Amazon, bring 20p for a locker or risk it like a pro. Up to you. Your kids will love it.

Great place! Very friendly and helpful staff. Book before you go to avoid disappointment. The website isn’t very clear so check times before taking older children and vice versa for little ones.

Really good experience kids absolutely loved it staff were really helpful and polite and food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

It was a last minute booking for my son's birthday. We added two extra guests at the last minute without any fuss. Excellent knowledgeable staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy facilities and all Covid guidelines were covered. We had a home cooked pizza after we had finished bouncing, very good value and really nice food. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I urge people to visit, with businesses going under every day, you really don't want to lose this which is so good for your children's health and happiness.

My only issue with this place is that the food is very expensive.

Hangar5 please revise your prices and you may get more customers. We would have stayed another hour if the food was more reasonably priced.

The play area is fantastic 👏 my children loved it.

Our older children enjoyed the trampolines. They lasted 10 mins at a time as it was such a good work out.

Slept all night (BONUS)

the prices are decent to play and jump. Its a good place.

Unfortunately its empty and its sad to see this facility not being used.

We really enjoyed our session the place has lots of fun aspects to it. it’s great that the socks are free with admission and the session is a perfect amount time it was very clean and new looking we loved the view from the back over countryside all very nice

Went work Groupon app £12 for 2 people. Went in error at a v busy time without reading the small print which tells u to go after 4pm. Guy on the desk politely pointed out my error but said he'd let us in anyway. Kids an awesome time. Food was cheap with very generous portions. Again staff v accommodating as busy with party going on. Advised to book food early. Excellent service in a great activity which the kids thoroughly enjoyed

Perfect place for a family with small kids on a rainy day! Staff are friendly and helpful. Good fun for the whole family to have a good bounce, getting some exercise and having fun. Has food here too which was very nice and very generous portion size after building an appetite bouncing around the place 😁

Not being from these parts, I was overjoyed to find this place for my son age 9 who has special needs. Kelly and Mandy made Jamie's experience easy and filled with fun and could not of been more accommodating. Excellent hard working staff who are a real asset to Hangar 5 and should be rewarded for there dedication. Thank you both

Went with grandchildren, we were given clear instructions upon our arrival (safety and covid) very professional . Ordered food half an hour before the end of the session arrived promptly and was a really good meal . Will happily recommend hanger5 .

Brilliant place, fantastic facilities and truly wonderful staff and people. Have been a few times now and each time confirms my opinion that this is one of the cleanest, most well kept and professionally managed attractions in Pembrokeshire. My kids really love going here and that's thanks to the way the place is run, how the facilities are managed and the fact the staff work really hard to deliver a great experience. All facilities are kept clean and tidy, nothing is broken, grubby or out of order and everyone is well catered for. The new soft play is a great addition, and perfect to let the little ones free and enjoy themselves without teenagers crashing about and taking over, same when bouncing, plenty of space and areas specially designated for all abilities and ages. Everything is considered, managed customer centric. Plenty of special offers if you look, book online for savings, discounts for returning and plenty of opportunities to make your visit great value.

Cannot reccomend it enough and I know my youngsters would come here every day if they could and as a parent I cannot blame them for all the reasons I have listed above but most importantly the team there who are considerate, welcoming and generous.

On a holiday in the area, a group of 3 families went to the Parent and Toddler session with our kids ranging from 1 to 4. What a fantastic place!

We were delayed in our session start time as we were double booked with a school booking but we decided to stay on site while we waited for our slot and were more than looked after by the staff in that time. We stayed for lunch and the food we got was hugely better than not only what we were expecting but incredibly good value for money too.

The actual trampoline park is spacious, well staffed, very clean, perfectly decorated, and its great to see that the other areas such as the reception/bar/lounge areas have not been missed in the decor of the place where so many other venues like this let themselves down.

When we are back in the area we will be sure to go again - a definate highlight to our holiday.

Visited on the 21st of August 2021 with a 9yr old, 5yr old and 2 adults (1 adult bouncing).

Was easy to find a car space despite it looking packed in the car park!

The lady serving on the front desk was informative, helpful and joking with the children, couldn't have been more easy to check in.

Changed socks and used the lockers (non refundable 20p charge) which were very cheap!

Used the hurricane simulator machine (was different and fun!!).

In the locker room area we watched a safety video on what and what not to do whilst bouncing. It was about 5 - 10 minutes long if that.

After that we queued for the trampolines.
During this time I realised how hard the 2 young boys were working keeping everyone informed, organised and cleaning up plates and being very polite.

The whistle signalled the end of the people before us bouncing and everyone was off within a few minutes, again very well organised by the staff.

Time to bounce and even though there were alot of people you never felt like anyone was in your way! There was no barging past people and all ages were respectful to others.

I had read in other reviews about dead flies everywhere but I honestly didn't see one dead fly anywhere.

Gotta give extra credit to the guy with curly hair on the air bag, he had a lot to deal with but did so in a calm, relaxed manner and very polite too! He was straight on the case helping my 4yr get off the air bag and another time straight on the case checking her when she hurt herself on there so props to him for working hard.

The time attack is another part included in the price for the trampoline Park and is a good break from bouncing.

All in all we all came away knackered, hot and having had a good time!
