Staff were friendly and helpful. Iceland as the name suggests have the majority of their products which are frozen and have a very good selection, they also sell the main staple foods so you can get your weekly shop in here at reasonable prices.

Haverfordwest is, by West Wales standards, an urban environment. As such, it's a very good place to do what I call non-perishable shopping. Supplies to put in your store room or cupboard. I enjoy shopping at Iceland for this reason. Also, the prices are very competitive, but you still are treated to special offers every time you visit. They are also generously staffed, meaning that there is no difficulty in finding someone to ask where something is if you need to.

In closing, I would say that it just feels different. They are regarded as a budget supermarket, but there is nothing low standard about any of their stock, and there is plenty of help given with a real smile. And although it's a general impression on my part, my conclusion is that there is no hard pressure or stress working there, and that makes for a very favourable experience, and one you want to repeat.

Good value, good range and cheerful staff. Sorry the children's range, in particular the chicken nuggets with sweetcorn, no longer available, but stocked up freezer for a good price.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The layout of the shop was easy too use, i just went too pick up some coffee an found it were the shop assistant said were it was. Would well recommend it.

Frozen foods in well labelled sections. Home delivery an option but I've never used it. Staff all helpful and polite.
