I would sincerely love to thank Rebekah for her help, information, patience, care and a makeover that I have never had before. If Rebekah hadn't just put her time and beautiful makeup on me I would have burst into tears. Even my husband paid me a compliment when I got back to the car. forgotten one of my meds and we were in holiday. The prescription team were very very helpful and sorted me out with no problems. We'll done and Thankyou for saving a 300 trip home. Can't praise you enough

Was unsure when purchasing an item which one to select from a good selection and the staff member Shellie went out of her way to explain the pros and cons of each... furthermore there was a discrepancy with the price at the till, as it was advertised for sale on the shelf at a considerably lower price.. Both Sandra on the till and Shellie sorted it with little fuss and I was very happy with the service provided.

I bought a battery operated razor in August frin Boots, but didn't use it until the end of September on holiday abroad. There was something wrong with it as it made horrible noises when you pressed the heads against your skin
I managed with it just. I took it back yesterday and a very helpful gentleman replaced it for me with no problems. I had kept the receipt. Thank you Boots, Haverfordest.

Audiology appointment. The Audiologist was on time, prepared, very professional. The COVID precautions were meticulously followed, so we felt very safe. The consultation was very thorough and plenty of time allowed for explanations, questions etc. The advice on the products was clear and informative. We were both very pleased with the outcome. I used to get my prescription from Tesco where eye contact and friendliness seems to be missing, I changed to Boots and it is just an very friendly and helpful place to go with Covid it is a far better place to be in.
