The staff are so lovely and helpful and very welcoming even to my crazy hound who carried around this toy in his mouth then brought it home and killed it!

I enjoy going here and grabbing little things for my dog. I also take him for his grooms to the Groom Room and love the care that they take, he always comes out looking lovely!

Very helpful staff, they are never too busy to help you. They usually have most of the stock in, and if not the staff usually check out the back for you. If you go there as much as I do, it's definitely worth getting the VIP app.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The is an extensive range of food, toys and treats for your animals at competitive prices. It has a groom room for grooming appointments and their App is great with loads of offers on it.
