Pets at Home Rugby

The store sports the same products as all the others, but the staff are what makes a place unique. These people go the extra mile, they were attentive, they recommended products that were right for us, without being pushy. And they all just love the pets you bring in, or that you want to talk about. There's so much love here.

Bought 2 cat beds and 2 cat blankets. No price tag on 1 cat bed, but lady on till said no problem I will get it for you. Also explained to me the card that means they donate to pet charities. Fantastic thing.

First time visiting this location and super impressed, staff more than helpful with my dog enquiries and ended up with perfect products from the huge variety available. Got help too with the app also securing extra discount on top. Parking not an issue with easy access. Keep up the good work team :)

Lovely staff and a great amount of choice in products. The veterinarian inside is also absolutely amazing - they are so caring and kind, and we are never rushed.

All the staff here are super helpful and the vets up the stairs are always clean and friendly my collie always loves a trip there

Staff here make it worth visiting. They seem to know their stuff and really care about your pets etc. Gave me some good advice on snake food when I didn't want to buy a 5 pack. Probably the best P@H I've been too.

Amazing. Very helpful staff and so many cute bunny rabbits. Also got some dog food which was reduced. Going to be taking my wife to the salon as its much cheaper than the ones in town. May get her nails clipped as well.

Went with my grandson and his cat, from arrival to leaving some 4 hours later I can honestly say they were brilliant. Kept my grandson informed on what was happening ie what the vet was doing and how the cat was. Absolutely first rate. Not had a lot to do with vets as I don't have a pet but I would happily rate them 10/10.

The staff were very helpful. I was returning items but the card reader did not accept the virtual card I used to buy the items as a destination for the refund. Needless to say the manager found a solution after speaking to the tech team. I am very happy with that solution. Brilliant.

I've been coming here for ages for various animal stuff, never been let down and always has everything I need.

Went to Vets 4pets . Really good. Especially if your pet is having surgery. Never known this with previous pets. Lovely touch

Lovely place. I couldn't stay long but I was greeted whilst perusing by a bright haired lady, very welcoming and courteous. Would recommend. Has bits for every pet from what I saw.
