Haven Rockley Park Holiday Park

Customer service was excellent caravan was outstanding had few hearing issues but had them sorted straight away entertainment was on point every night and loved the choice of the arcade games off-licence on site was brilliant.... Had a great time all round

Fantastic friendly place,nice beach with shallow water but follow the advisories,superb local area plenty of parks and walks beaches close by,one of the best places in the country.

Great area to spend your holiday. There is a pool, activities, all age appropriate club and much more. Caravans are amazing, almost feels like a real house. There is a private beach located in this area with loads of activities to do. There is also a mini market, so no need to leave to buy groceries! Basically everything you want is here.

Fantastic park with a beautiful beach and nature walks close by.
Didn't use the facilities (except the shop which was well stocked and good value)...so I can't comment on swimming pool etc.
This is my 2nd time here and this time I chose my van at bay hollow for an extra £35. All I can say is fantastic. Had a beautiful sea view and couldn't stop looking out of the panoramic window. Also a perfect position for the beach.
I use haven sites all the time...every other month usually...and I can honestly say this is one of the best sites! I'll definitely be back especially as less than 2hrs from home.
BTW they put on a fireworks night on the Friday eve that wasn't publicised but was told to me at booking in. I didnt get to go down the beach but it was the best firework display I've seen (from the van) for many years. Well done haven!!
Probably one of the reasons I keep returning to your sites all over the country time and time again!

We stayed for a 4 night break. The caravan was spotless. Located in a great spot. Perfect views over the sea. We sat out on the balcony and loved the site. So quite and peaceful. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Iv been to many Caravan Holiday Parks at different locations & this Park was the best one by far. The weather helped but other than that everything was perfect. The activities we booked (paid) soon after booking the holiday (on the Haven app) so we got to do something every day, enjoyed every activity (archery, mini golf, target shooting & bungee trampoline). The indoor pool & slides kids loved the most (free) which we had to book, the outdoor pool was available 10-6 every day no need to book or pay. Area & changing facilities were clean. My Pod was not as clean as I would have expected, so I did ring up & they sorted that straight away for me.
Staff we extremely helpful, polite & entertaining. We enjoyed our Costa drinks every day 👌. The shop on site has all the necessary essentials.
There was a local fair set up near by so kids got to go on some rides there too.
We headed to Bournemouth Beach (35min drive) twice on our stay again there was so much to do & see. Plenty of (halal) take away & restaurants too. There are bus rides to the beach & city Centre from the Park. From the Beach you can take Cruises around the near by Islands. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect kids clubs at night and day just nothing for the older kids plus you can meet the character during the day as well
The caravan was spotless a d nice and cosy
The kids loved the indoor pool a d the slide plus the outdoor pool
Nice places to eat and they do perfect kids meal o
Definitely recommend it for a perfect family holiday
Definitely will come back next summer

First time here and will be returning. Lovely location, great facilities and lovely staff. There’s so much to do in the area for kids and so dog friendly too!
Only down side was that we reported a few minor issue with our caravan and Maintenance were supposed to sort it but they never did. Didn’t affect our holiday though.

There was a problem with our first caravan when we arrived, though this was resolved swiftly, professionally and we were moved elsewhere.

Came here for the first time with my children and there nan and am not dissapointed! Great facilities lovely views and short drives away from other great destinations Will definitely come back here again my boys loved it as did I, the arcade area was very good indoor swimming pool quite basic but does the job and my boys enjoyed themselves so can't complain, the evening entertainment was good and something for everyone we all enjoyed playing family bingo the staff doing it seemed like they genuinely wanted to be there and not just a wage which was nice, thank you rockley for a great weekend!

We booked privately through a friend and what a fab caravan it was, everything you needed. The staff in the shop are great, the bars are good, but don’t eat in the restaurant! was rubbish, waited over an hour for 1 starter and 2 mains, which were so which was horrible? Not like any Hunters chicken I’ve ever had ?? No chargrilled chicken and I think the bacon was raw! and it was Gluten Free and the Scampi were not Whole Tail as on menu, they be twice the size, miss information!!

Fantastic value for money. Beautiful site and location. Extremely clean and spacious caravan, with parking. If you're a light sleeper The Meadows is probably not for you, due to being so close to rail line. It was fine for us. I've visited a few Haven sites and this one is at the top for comfort, cleanliness and the food! We had a variety of dishes in the Mash and Barrel and they were fantastic and delicious. It's a useful base to explore Dorset

Love Rockley Park....several problems this trip....but hopefully Chloe on reception will sort it... as she promised...Reception girls always polite and helpful....a lovely park.... and will always go back every year...( 3 times a year) even though we had issues this trip that will not put us off.

We hired a private Caravan, and self catered. There are some brilliant restaurants on the grounds and the entertainment was great for my 2 year old. We arrived outside of the UK school holidays and Rockley Park was busy enough but had plenty of space in the pools and playground.

Really big park, plenty of activities. Great for all the family.

We stayed 4 nights the end of July 2023. Staff were professional and friendly.
The indoor swimming pool is a big plus,so make sure you booked it when you make the holiday booking.the place is amazing, going around the Poole town and a round is beautiful. Worth visiting.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful spot, the whole park was wonderful with nature trails lookout points the walk down to the beach to name but a few. There was a bus service that came into the park and that was a real bonus. Everyone was friendly and so very helpful didn't want to pack up to go home. Made some friends while we were there, perfect holiday...

Had a 4 day caravan break. Check in was easy. Caravan was new and spotless. Views were amazing. Weather was cold but caravan was really warm throughout. Situated on estuary was very pretty. Shop had everything you could need. Plenty of food choices. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean site comparison to other Haven sites, pool clean and warm too. Security made everyone feel safe and a friendly smile and greetings when entering the Showroom. Entertainment on point and kids entertainment excellent. So far one of my best Haven experiences 👍🏻❤
