B&Q Poole

Had to while away some time before my car was ready from the garage. Happened upon the coffee shop here. Very nice looking out at the plants outside and lovely coffee and great service

came to get a click and collect on Saturday and was served by a lovely young lady who I believe was called Charlie. it was a quick and efficient process all served with a smile. I was grateful to make use of the current 10% off deal.

We went in the store today and were wandering around aimlessly looking for a few unusual bits .A very helpful man called Bob Foreman approached us to offer help. He was friendly and helpful and managed to take us to the right part of the store to locate our bits .

I went to B&Q yesterday afternoon, on the 17th of November, to purchase chair leg caps for my folding chair. Since four of the leg caps on my folding chair were broken, I was concerned that continued use could potentially damage the carpet over time. Feeling a bit lost at B&Q, unsure of how to find the right size for the chair leg caps, I approached a security guard who happened to be passing by. He was incredibly helpful and escorted me to his colleague, Jasmine.

Jasmine, upon seeing the broken part of my chair leg cap, promptly measured it and identified the correct size of rubber leg caps for my needs. Throughout my visit, she was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I am genuinely grateful for the assistance provided by both the security guard and Jasmine during my visit. I am delighted to report that the rubber leg caps are indeed the right size, allowing me to use my folding chair without worrying about further damage to the carpet.

I must commend the staff at B&Q in the Poole Branch for consistently being very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and care!

Massive B&Q! Recently had a great experience here, the staff are really friendly and helpful. This place has pretty much everything that you need! Christian in the Kitchen department really went out of his way to help us, he found everything that we needed within a matter of minutes!
The toilets in the cafe could be cleaner, but thats just me nit-picking.

I went to B&Q fleetsbridge last week to return an electric log burner, I can honestly say the staff were so very helpful especially Jasmine, Mark and James the manager of that part. Friendly jolly and made me feel so special I am very impressed and will definitely be going back in the near future as we have a whole bungalow to do up.Thankyou all so much for your professional and friendly service. Even the young lad sorry forgot name but he helped with carry out, lovely lad. Thankyou

Marky Mark was so helpful today when visiting the store. I was unable to carry/push the shopping trolly with 3 bags of heavy compost with my little baby. Mark assisted straight away, nothing was a problem which made the trip enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Just visited the store to order some kitchen units for our utility room . We were looked after by Chanice who was very polite helpful and friendly and knew exactly what we required . Thank you 😊

Managed to spend about 4hrs in this store whilst waiting for my car to be fixed at a local garage. I was seriously impressed by the range of products available, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It was a tidy, well organised store and I know I’ll be back there again to pick up some of the products I couldn’t carry with me in the day.

Huge B&Q store with a wide and available selection of products. This store has a cafe which is a good addition, and it has plenty of space and produce too. Plenty of tills and never had the need to wait in line to check out. Self service tills also assist with the quick departure.

Brilliant staff. The store was immaculately laid out and very clean. We had lunch in the cafe and the young lady was very helpful, the food was good and once again, very clean.

This B&Q is always well organised its very easy to navigate and find what you want. I installed this Handrail for my mum manufactured by B&Q. The quality is unbelievabe and its a very good price. I used the click and collect service and the collegues working in the store were very helpful and i was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Bruce and Dale delivered my plywood today. Received a courtesy call 40 mins prior to arrival. They arrived on time and were very helpful and polite. Delivered right to where it was needed and was excellent service. Very satisfied customer and thankyou again.

A huge B&Q Extra, matched with an large free car park. Well laid out inside and easy to navigate. A coffee shop located in the plants section alongside the customer toilets.

You find that B & Q's are different on product focus. Poole has a great choice of everything. Only thing we found was the plug socket range was only about 4 styles. Other B&Q's have a lot larger selection on display.
The wood cutting facility is very good. Polite and on the ball.
The Staff are extremely polite and always helpful, best yet.
Parking is excellent, disabled and family, although the free time limit needs to be longer as its such a big store.

Went down today for a variety of bits and pieces, all the staff were more than helpful! Taking me to the items rather than just telling me where things were. The two lads cutting the wood down for me were so efficient and helpful. Honestly, must be the best customer service I've had from any store. Really impressed, thank you :)

Fantastic service especially from the young lad who took my wood back 3 times to get it cut from the car park.
