Very good accessibility, good selection of products at reasonable supermarket prices. Accessible toilet located in the entrance hallway (not within the shopping area of the store) and there are a good amount of disabled parking spaces in the car park.

Update: issue with disabled toilet, the emergency cord is cut off with no grab end and has been tucked under the bin. It was like this both yesterday and today, even after I added the red cord card to the cord yesterday. If a vulnerable person falls and cannot pull the cord this is not acceptable. Please fix immediately and ensure it remains free at all times to avoid a tragedy.

This supermarket has everything you need to enjoy Christmas , from party foods to main course ingredients , lovely selection of meats including poultry , would recommend to everyone

Nectar points to spend on ebay aha. That's 1 win in my eyes.
This store had some bargains and somethings that make you wonder 'who would pay that much for this?' But we all know part right 😉 still, I go here as its right in Poole Town Centre and I'm too lazy to go anywhere else and it obviously isn't that bad. Staff 5 always nice and friendly. They gave toilets and baby change facilities at the entrance too...Argos inside at the far end. What more do you need or want?

Suspicious security, but staff friendly and helpful especially once they know you: Supermarket stock pretty good, clean and competitively priced. Soda Crystals available, suitable black bin liners for Poole oddly not.. 😶

Love the layout. The boards hanging from ceiling makes it so much easier to find things the staff are lovely and helpful man have you need and the prices are really really good I do recommend shopping here as they have amazing deals and an Argos in store!!!

Good local mid size store. Staff always pleasent. Using them as a regular customer now and remain happy with them. Thursday 16th February 2023. Still like this store but what has happened to the 5 pack jam doughnuts. Reduced jam filling and no jam in 2 or them. Have always loved Sainsbury's jam doughnuts as opposed to the other supermarket chains but will be wary about them now. Argos now in store.

I have shopped here for more than 25yrs, I have always found the staff helpful and I can generally get everything I need.

We had some great support from the assistant when I came here last Friday with my mum. We had some trouble with the self service freezing but she kindly took us to a till so that we didn't have to go back to the beginning.

I shop at this Sainsbury’s most days, it’s always well stocked and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, including security on the door who are always welcoming.
