Prettys was recommended to me by multiple mates with motorbikes. So I took my bike there for a small repair and it's MOT. Found the lady in the shop to be very friendly and helpful. The young lad there was very helpful and helped me unload my bike when I got there, and load it back into the van after it's MOT, and the gentleman in the workshop who did the MOT was fantastic. All covid adjustments were in place and everyone is safe visiting. The whole experience was stress free and top draw. I'd 100% recommend Prettys Garage to anyone, and I will be using them for every MOT in the future. Fantastic service.

Amazing family business that came to the rescue when we limped towards Hickstead with major problems to the horse box! John and his Mum kindly offered to help and they were fantastic! Couldn’t fault their kindness and support! They got us back on the road again, and nothing was too much trouble. Just wish you were nearer to us for all our repairs. Thank you so so much.

Staff really keen to sort out any fails problems if there are any. In my opinion, significantly better than all of the other garages I've used in the Horsham area. Very much a friendly local garage.

Good, honest garage. I took my Mercedes in for a bonnet fault (I had assumed the bonnet catch was completely broken and needed replacing as the release mechanism wasn't working) they called me later that day saying great news we were able to fix the bonnet cable so there's no need to replace anything, they didn't even charge me the full hour of labour. They could have taken advantage of my naivety, told me it was broken and charged me for it but they didn't. I've been taken advantage of by garages in the past so this was a refreshing experience. I will be returning.

Take my motorcycle here every year for its MOT. Friendly service and honest advice about any problems that might arise. Good old fashioned garage. Highly recommended.

Lovely team here in traditional village do it all garage. Cars and motorcycles plus bigger vehicles fixed and serviced. Petrol and diesel plus shop. MOT of cars and motorcycles on site. Friendly team will go again.

Efficiently run with pleasant staff and a can do attitude. MOT tester knowledgeable approachable guy. If your worried about getting you vehicle through the test ask this guy first and he will put you right. If you fail don't blame him it's your lack of forethought that has failed you!

I live close to Pretty's Garage so I do use them because they are very convenient to me. However, I have to say that all the staff there are friendly and approachable. They fitted new discs, pads and callipers on my car very quickly, taking into account my predicament at that time. Their work has always been excellent. I'm grateful for them being in my village.

Responded to my emergency smoke from bonnet immediately. Problem found and fixed in the same day.
Always very helpful and pleasant, sensible prices, highly recommended.
