So happy with my purchase and the advice received from Frank. Glad we listened and didn’t rush our decision and have got the perfect hot tub for our family and garden.
Installation was superb and Damien was very friendly and knowledgeable, but didn’t over complicate the care side of things and left me feeling confident in the daily, weekly and monthly care routines.

Great smooth process from initial interaction with a really informative guide and pack, post registering interest online, which was a real help and one of the first main reasons to visit their show room. Once at the showroom Frank was incredibly helpful explaining everything and our Options in line with our expectations and budget. We only had to wait a month ( which was needed to get the electrics sorted) with clear communications. The day of delivery was really smooth led by Damian's he was again very knowledgeable and patient with my questions on how to maintain and his top tips have been a god send ! A stress free process ! Really happy with our hot tub and it fits / looks amazing in our garden :-)

After visiting many different shops we were recommended Europhia Lifestyle from friends. From the initial visit through to delivery and installation the experience has been exceptional. Franke in sales was brilliant offering honest advice and lots of useful information which really helped our decision making. Excellent service and easy of doing business. Frank and the team made it so easy to pick a hot tub, order, deliver and install it! The advice and options provided at the sales stage was simple and easy to follow. There was no hard sell and we were given simple advice on the various options. It was so simple we ordered the hot tub on our first visit! Ordering was super simple, just a deposit and advice on timeframe and next steps. The various options of payment methods was also appreciated. Once ordered, Frank kept us update on next steps via email and also arranged our crane hire, which was made things so simple. Delivery and install were both seamless with friendly and helpful staff throughout. The after service has also been fantastic and very friendly, again they make it so easy to do business with, plus their advice and guidance on hot tub tips is a huge plus!

I had had another brand of hot tub for over 20 years and wanted a new tub as the old one was getting a bit tired. I contacted Emily at Euphoria Hot Tubs by email during the pandemic and she has been brilliant all the way through the process. She is very knowledgable, patient and was never pushing me to purchase.
The installation went smoothly and the after sales follow up via Emily and Ruth has been first rate. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We decided to buy a hot tub last summer and made an appointment to view the range at Euphoria’s site at Squires Garden centre in Washington. We met the wonderful Frank and were expertly guided through the process. Whilst waiting for delivery, we decided to move house from West Sussex to Somerset! Despite this obstacle and the fact that we needed to delay delivery, Frank went out of his way to make this happen.
We finally took delivery this week at our new home and the installation was seamless. The two wonderful engineers, Damian and Kevin, were extremely knowledgeable and kind, in spite of the 13 hour day they endured to get our hot tub to us!
Since then, Sharon and Emily have been extremely kind, answering our questions and helping us purchase chemicals and accessories. The real difference with Euphoria is that they care! We may have bought our hot tub from them, but they really want us to be happy and are there for us every day. Customer service like this is a rarity these days and top marks to Euphoria for being an exemplary business.........a huge ‘thank you’ from us to all the team.

Sharon from the Washington branch was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We explained our needs, and that due to COVID we was purchasing as we were not going on holiday this year.
All our communication was done over the phone as we couldn’t go into the showroom.
But despite all this, we had full confidence with the product and the information given from Sharon that we purchased blind. This was the best thing we have ever done, Smooth running from start finish. Superb quality hot tub with a heavy duty cover. I would highly recommend the company and product. Thank you Euphoria !

We purchased a Hot tub from Euphoria Lifestyle Washington. We have been extremely pleased with the purchase and aftersales service team.
We have found the whole team easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. We also have purchased the aftercare service plan which we would fully recommend to anyone, having your tub professionally cleaned and re-filled every 3 months is a dream. Damien (service engineer) is a god send and the whole team are happy to answer any questions we have. Thank you Euphoria.

Had a new hot tub fitted last week after 13 years with the old one. Very easy and quick set up after base and electrics pre sorted. All done including fill within three hours and instructions and training. Nice and easy with new touch screen. Sound system easy to use and sounds great. Been in it several times already admiring the view. Thoroughly recommend one.

We were very interested in buying a hot tub and went to Euphoria to find out some information we met Emily who was able to give us us the information that we required she was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction this was our first hot tub and obviously had many concerns and questions with regards to the whole process. We purchased the right hot tub for ourselves and Euphoria kept us informed and communicated throughout the whole time and there after sales team are second to none. Such a fantastic company! Working with them has been a dream ... Huge shout out to the team that installed our hot tub in a downpour in winter without a hint of complaint or discomfort, they remained smiley all day long although they were very wet and extremely cold! So professional and simply lovely people to work with. We found them to be very competitively priced! Delighted with the quality of the hot tub. Turnaround was very quick. Hugely recommend.

When we decided to look at having a hot tub we searched a number of sites and visited a number of suppliers. On visiting the Euphoria Lifestype site we were met by Frank and shown all the units that were available and given a lot of options. When we decide upon the one for us the complete purchase was handled quickly and we were fully kept up to date on delivery and all aspects of the services. It could not have been easier. We had to delay the delivery to match the work being completed on the location at our house and they accommodated us with all this with no issues. We were fully informed of the delivery date and time and who would be delivering and installing the hot tub. On the day it was delivered as expected and the team were super helpful and even changed the support rail we had ordered wrong! Sharon has been great in ringing us to check the delivery dates were ok and if there were any questions we had on the hot tub. After the delivery Sharon rang us a week later to see if we were happy and if we has any issues. Altogether we can not fault the fantastic service and great products we have from Euphoria Lifestyle, fully recommend them.

euphoria lifestyle were very helpful with our purchase of our hot tub . We didn’t know much about how to look after our Spa and were able to answer our questions and made it all stress free. On the delivery day everything ran smoothly and we are enjoying our hot tub so a great purchase.

We’ve had our jacuzzi for nearly a month and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We feel we have purchased a top of the range product and customer service reflects this. No hard sale, kept regularly up to date with our delivery, crane organised and reasonably priced. Delivery by crane was so quick and stress free. Euphoria Spa made everything so simple. When we first walked round the showroom at Euphoria we had plenty of time before sales came and spoke to us, which we found very relaxing. This is so unusual these days as you seem to be approached and pressurised by sales teams as soon as you arrive.
The team were very professional and advised us which was the best hot tub in our price range, explained everything and answered all of our many questions.
After ordering they kept in touch, we had a site survey and last Friday it arrived.
The engineer was friendly, efficient and did not leave until everything was set up, answered our questions, showing us how to use the chemicals, controls etc.
Well over the weekend we have enjoyed, relaxed and love our hot tub. Our family are arriving next weekend earlier than expected as they can't wait to use the hot tub - hopefully to see us as well!

Fantastic customer service, we met Emily and felt completely at ease, she is very knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. We chose a Jacuzzi hot tub, they had one in stock and in a little over a week we took delivery. Access was a bit of an issue, but with a crane it was simple. The guys that installed it were superb and very patient, they left us once the hot tub was up and running. A very professional company that I can not recommend enough.
