You won't go far wrong if you book this site. All the facilities are immaculate, the hedges are something else and give brilliant cover from the wind. Beverly and her staff work hard to keep the superior standards on this site and the shop is very handy too.

Beautifully kept site, toilet/shower block spotlessly clean. The owners are very friendly. The site is approx. 15 min walk from a bus stop, which takes you into Cambridge in half an hour . There is a nice community run pub in Comberton, which is the village where the bus stop is, and there is also a small supermarket should you need any essentials. The site has about 20 hardstanding pitches, the rest is on grass. A lovely welcoming site.

Wow, beautifully kept site, spotlessly clean showers, toilets and washing up area. Plenty of facilities for different areas. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Fresh milk and newspaper offered in the morning. Great location, 10 minutes in the car from p &r into Cambridge. Great value for money, especially given the immaculate facilities. Will absolutely return and would highly recommend for overnight, short or longer breaks. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely site with a helpful owner. Set in a glorious location with far reaching views across the countryside. Getting to Cambridge via public transport is via the unreliable Whippet bus service, so be warned.
However, the site itself is very good.

Excellent for an overnight stay whilst visiting Madingley Hall nearby. Nice and peaceful, good facilities. No food places nearby so we appreciated the food van that visited the site between 5-7pm Saturday evening.

Beautiful campground with lovely owners.
I booked a pitch for family that were visiting Cambridge and wanted to camp. I came in to pitch the tent, then take it down after. Beverly (site owner) was so accommodating. She was rushed off her feet, yet was always happy to give me some time.
Site is beautiful. We stayed at the very end, our pitch site was open, adjacent to the field behind. There are more sheltered pitches on the site bordered by impressive hedges.
Bathrooms were great, very clean. Multiple toilet blocks along the site.
Excellent site, highly recommended to all visiting Cambridge in a tent or caravan!

What a brilliant place. We arranged to meet my daughter and grandchildren who I hadnt seen since the begining of lockdown and the site was really good. Everything was safe, some facilities were open others were keot shut. There was disinfectant spray and wipes in all facilities. The pitches were staggered so people were safely distanced. The site itself was very pretty and sectioned off neatly. The scenery was lovely. Children and dogs were welcome and there was a great walk for the dog. We had an amazing time even with the wind and rain nothing was dampened. There were plenty of places nearby to visit and my partner and my daughters husband both wanted to go fishing and found a great place 10 minutes away. The owner and family were very helpful. Would whole heartly recommend and would definately go back again. Thank you for a great weekend

When we arrived we were met by the lovely Bev who welcomed us, gave us plenty of information about the surrounding area, explained the site and showed us to our pitch. The site is split into several hedge lined fields, and is set on a slight slope with beautiful views over the Cambridgeshire countryside.
Throughout our stay Bev regularly popped up to check on us, as she did with her other campers. The toilet and shower facilities were clean, plenty, with blocks on most fields. I usually use our own shower but was more than happy to use the site's here. Remember your 20p coins if you wish to use the hairdryers in the shower block. There is a small handy shop in the office area which also has some useful equipment for sale should you have forgotten or broken something important. I believe there is gas available too.
We had a great six night break and can highly recommend this well maintained family run site. Apologies for the lack of photos!

What a campsite, absolutely immaculate bev,Kev and holly are at the top when owning and running a campsite, other campsites need to come and see what there not doing to be on the same level as these guys prices are right showers are all in and non of them push buttons Bev AKA to close friends 😉 Beverly to normal people is a diamond , Holly is the up and coming Beverly but don't see a fault in that because really lovely people x. Now on to kev he is a Manchester United supporter that is the only fault we can fault him on , he never stops the grass and hedges and all the up keep is down to him ? 😉 great location for visiting Cambridge and bus stop at the bottom of the road 15 minutes in to Cambridge £3.50 return Bargain will definitely be back as Holly has nicknamed me TROUBLE HAHAH
Would highly recommend 👌 read the reviews they don't lie apart from 1 review we read thanks Keith (trouble)and Alisha liverpool x

Superb site, brilliantly maintained, everyone so pleasant to deal with, facilities are absolutely immaculate. We went as a group and lightly will return again as a group and definitely solo. One of the best. If you wasn’t to stay near Cambridge don’t think twice.

Really loved this campsite. Only 15 mins from Cambridge. Spacious pitches with plenty of space in the middle of the field for children to play. Smaller toilet/shower blocks spread out across the site so no need to walk ages to a single big one. Amazingly friendly and helpful owners. Definitely a new entry to our top 5 UK sites.
