I have been looking for a wooden (or plywood) panel.

All staff is friendly and lead me to the right person.
The very nice helpful lady sorted for me all the measurements, prices.

I have been offered to use a free service to cut the panel according to the size I needed.
Unfortunately, they don't cut round shapes, only straight lines.

Best DIY / home improvement store in the Cambridge area - lots of stock of the tiniest to the largest items.

A single place to score nice stuff for your house, rhey got so many variety of flower plants now

Is not cheap on certain things but they are pretty good quality and reliable

They seem quite happy for you to open boxes and wrappers to inspect the carefully sealed products inside!

Francis on the till is a delight and the store manager is always on the floor ready to offer advice and show you where things are. 😀

Giving this 5 stars for Adrian’s excellent customer service. We broke a toilet door handle at our place of work and had to get it fixed before the evening due to it being a restaurant. Adrian told us the door handle was no longer available but gave us great instructions on how to solve our problems. Thank you Adrian! :)

Selective as to whether I go here or not as can be expensive but whenever I do go I am happy with my purchases.

Yes it's only a small shop but staff it's brilliant

The stuffs are knowledgeable, helpful and would contribute constructive ideas to fix my problems! You could also get almost everything you need for your home.

7am opening is great so can get what I need and be back home before the traffic builds up.. the store had pretty much everything you need. 10/10

Good place plenty of parking!!!! Well stocked with DIY Do take a look at the garden section plants well cared for. Best quality plants l have seen for a long time. Well watered displayed to optimum space. Reduced plants are good value. Staff very helpful when asked for information. Self serve checkout has someone always on hand. Impressed by their hardworking staff

My go to place for anything related to DIY - this store is a bit smaller though but has sufficient choices for a range of diy tools and other requirements

Excellent.
Visited the store because I needed a product I couldn't source anywhere else.
There was a great choice and array of colours but with the help of a member of staff, I found exactly what I wanted.
Had a quick look around the store at the same time for future reference and wasn't disappointed.

Great selection of various products and services. The store is large, spacious, well-organised, clean and tidy. There are nice visual representations of the products and display models that can be "taken into hands" to see how it feels and looks like. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Good place for gathering ideas for a home refurbishment.

Callum is amazing. I had some fluorescent tubes to recycle. Callum was extremely knowledgeable about this service at B&Q. Not only did Callum give me information about what I could bring to the store to be recycled he took the tubes from me at my car to save me walking back to the store. He was just so happy, helpful and engaging that I feel compelled to tell everyone. B&Q are lucky to have Callum.
