Wonderful experience and delightful staff. The No7 lady in the pink hair helps a lot. And the one in the blonde, and even the brunette one in the makeup as well. The pharmacy staff is amazing. They show people where the stuff is even when busy! The only guy in the store is cheerful and goes beyond his ways to help. The managers are lovely as well. I shop there regularly!

Whatever you are looking for, Boots has it. Medicines, baby products, cosmetics, gifts etc. Reasonable prices and boots points with the card. Staff is friendly with good product knowledge. Opening times are very customer friendly and you can pop in for late prescription.

Easy to find stuff that I need and usually not very crowded

Went in for a flu jab. Staff were very nice. The jab was done quickly and painlessly.

Superb no 7 product consultation with very friendly and professional beautician. Lovely huge shop but nearly empty at time of early morning visit.

Friendly and very helpful staff. I mainly go in this store to pick up a prescription (once in a blue moon) if my GP doesn't have stock in their inventory. Very convenient and they close at 8pm on weekdays. Ample parking and it's free up to 4 hours.

We were served by Cristina, Mia and Eric in the pharmacy (November 2021) and received our flu vaccinations. All staff were very helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made us feel very safe and welcome, thanks to them!

Large, spacious store. Easily accessible, plenty of parking lots available around and it's located only on ground floor so wheelchair users can also go inside and around with confidence. Recently found here couple of great deals for baby food and stuff. The cashier was friendly, the availability and diversity of products is great.

Very nice service. The staff were very accommodating. They prepared a last minute prescription despite the short notice. This shows that big shops can also be friendly shops. It's all down to the staff.

I have picked up multiple prescriptions from here around 9/10pm and the female assistant with glasses is lovely! She's always is a pleasure to talk too! Unsure how somebody can be so pleasant all the time lol

Biggest pharmacy store in Cambridge, visited the store to get some supplements and vitamin tablets. The staffs were friendly and very helpful in recommending products.

Always got my lunch break food from here. The staff were always kind and happy to help, the shelves were well stocked and there was rarely a queue

You can often find a lot of good stuff at very good prices. It is one of the shops that i definitely try to go to at least once a week

you can totally get advantages with their advantage card! I am a big fan and try to get all my beauty products from them.
