Tesco Superstore

Tesco is a great place for shopping!! All the staffs are excellent, But a staff named Danish Donal exhibited a wonderful behaviour and helped in finding stuffs that was very difficult to find. Moreover, he executed a polite, gentle and patient behaviour which I admired the most. All the best for him..!

Emma was amazing and helped me out when I suffered from a seizure during store.
She also made sure I was alright when I got back home and checked to see how I was which was absolutely lovely of her to do.

A wide variety of goods, open quite late which is convenient. Has a Costa coffee shop at the time of this review. Lots of parking spaces.

Big place and plenty of products to choose from. Good toilet facilities and clean. I think there was also a place to grab a quick bite to eat. There are plenty of parking spaces. Staff is very approachable. Prices were reasonable.

Fantastic staff here including the security guard , very helpful when I visited here with my autistic son they even opened another till so I could be served quicker and this helped calm my son down as he was starting to have a melt down , tesco's please be very proud of your staff at this store as they went above and beyond with their customer service

A huge thank you to Kirsten on Grocery Click and Collect (who started at 4pm on Monday 13/06, had a few tattoos and a nose ring) who was so lovely and chatty and even helped me get to the nearest petrol station as I was running on empty. Thanks for putting me at ease, and being so lovely ☺

All good BUT, so many fridges no cans cold beer, such a shame even those few in bottles are not proper cold

Great store. Nice and clean, big & spacious. It's got a huge selection of products and services like Tesco Mobile and even a Barber on site. International food sections are particularly nice as there I could find items that nowhere else in the city (Polish, Chinese etc.)
The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly.
Can recommend this store.

Great location~ Like the ox tail there~

I visited on Tuesday evening about 9pm to do some shopping for my dad. I would like to thank the two assistant that were working in the beer aisle. They were so helpful, they retrieved what was on dad's list, putting it into my trolley. They directed me to find other random items. In fact I came across at least a dozen staff members each of whom all were delightful. Thank you so much to each of them and well done Tesco's lets give them a pay rise!!!

some of the staff here are helpful buy there is one person called Alex and he is always so friendly and helpful , always, to everyone.
Even when not being served by him people stop and say hello to him. Alex always makes time for you and is a credit to this store.
Alex, this is a five star review for you and the work you do every day.

Amazing staff, manager was hugely helpful after an accident with a product meant I needed new clothing which he helped with very swiftly, for someone with huge anxiety when out shopping his actions really helped, as did the other staff who assisted me too. Lovely big store too with plenty of space and always clean

Great supermarket! Big range of products for a good price. There is always a lot of discount on many products. The clothes of the Tesco got a good quality. It isn't really handy though that you need to ask a staff member to open the fitting booth.

Large Tesco that has a range of products to buy. They have a good variety of clothing available and it never has felt too busy, even during lockdown. This store isn't open 24/7 but stays open quite late.

Great big store. Has everything you could possibly need food wise and household products. Also clothing. Good for getting some exercise too walking all round the store!

One of your checkout staff members is extremely well educated.

I persuaded a friend to add to his basket an expensive bottle of Norway water. It was the big fancy glass bottle. While items were being the scanned our checkout lady could not help but decipher what the ingredient was from Norwegian and her comment later was: "Well for that sort of money you expect them to say where the water is from, a special Spring or Well or at least King Olav's palace".

My favourite shop all thanks to amazing people working there. I m shopping there since we moved in Cambridge in 2012 and I am in awe about how kind and helpful people are in their self serving section (this is where I usually meet them and need some help).
I do occasionally go to shop to Sainsburys or Waitrose to buy something of their range for a difference, but I always miss my genuinely smiling Tesco staff.

Incredibly attentive staff at the customer service desk who helped me with a complicated transaction. Really impressed with the patient, helpful service I received; I will definitely be coming back here in future.

Very clean, well-stocked supermarket. No unpleasant smells (which are so pervasive in many other supermarkets). Highly recommended.
