Good place to shop, everything for the home here, a very wide choice for all requirements, highly recommended. Wrong choice? They'll refund, no problem.

I bought this Somerset high end natural wooden high end bed having read all the negative feedbacks.
Choose Dunelm still because it is free return and good record of after sale service.
The end arrived quickly and love the smell and the colour decided to make things work.
We chat with Dunelm as there was a tiny split was quickly offered 15 percent discount and instructions were sent in a few days because I could not find it which was folded in half not obvious.
Having said these, you need to take notes of the numbers of the timbers and draw a diagram otherwise it will be difficult to repack and send it back.

I assemble the whole bed by myself. I do not know how add photo but it is beautiful. Bedbugs will not like this bed.

Lot of good products at fair prices.
Cambridge shop is well organised and there's ample parking available, free for 4h.

Spent a good 2 hours in here, left with a trolley full of items and a happy wife.

I love coming here for soft furnishings for the house. Good choice of cushions, bedding, pillows etc. Also nice ranges of net curtains, curtains and blinds. You really are spoilt for choice.

Extremely happy Thanks for the Ladies upstairs, the Boys seems they don't know what they doing there. Anyway we ordered blinds with a lady which was extremely helpful and generous. I love Dunelm, choice of bedding is amazing also kitchen stuff is brilliant with unusual practical products.

Most helpful staff! I wanted a nightstand on the shelf, they spent ages looking for one in stock, and when they couldn't find it they offered me a great deal to either order one online or get the display piece. Extremely pleased with my purchase. We also found everything else we needed that day in there :) Very happy customer!

Spacious store with a good selection of items for the household. Time by time they have some good deals and discounts so it's worthwhile to check out when looking for something specific for domestic use. Staff was friendly, was ready to help and give advice when we asked so I can recommend both the products and service.

Went to Dunelm with my sister and mum to get curtains, and we were served by a very nice girl, I think someone said her name was Jasmine but i'm not sure 🤷🏾‍♀, all I know is her shift ended at 16:30 😂, either way she was great!!!!. My sister and I had absolutely no idea about curtains and blinders but she made sure to give us all the help we needed and she kept up with all the demands my mum had and ended up leaving work late.

10/10 service will definitely go to Dunelm again if we need curtains as long as all the workers are like her!! 👍🏾 👍🏾 👍🏾 👍🏾 👍🏾

Good household products, lovely cafe

Lots of choices and extremely helpful staff

Love this store! Staff is friendly and helpful. Was looking for a nonstick frying pan for my girl. There is a huge selection here on the upper floor. Worth making a visit. Didn't have time to look around the rest of the store. Will do so in my next visit to Cambridge.

Good store to decorate your home

I have never visited dunelm in Cambridge before but i wanted to leave a review based solely on a young man named Jayden (I think that was his name) who was on the till serving me. This young man is visually impaired and only 17 and what an amazing young man he is. He was kind, considerate and genuine. I want to thank him for his kindness and I wish him all the best in his future. 😊

Great customer service - staff always polite and helpful but perhaps they don’t need someone standing by the entrance as best to have more staff inside to help. Café staff were so hard working - queues were long so they worked so fast.

Ideal place for decent basic to mid range homeware.

Cafe serves excellent coffee and snacks. Lovely and quiet first thing on weekday mornings.

Recently I bought a roller blind that was sadly missing its fixing kit. I phoned them and the manager brought one round personally on his way home from work. You can't ask for better service than that!

I love this place! Here you will find quirky items, furniture, home accessories and many more. There is a coffee shop at the first floor and customer toilets as well.

I must congratulate all the staff at this store , there were all so friendly, but a special mention has to be for host Lawrence stockins who went way beyond customer care expectations, nothing was to much trouble he was brilliant. With staff like this I will most certainly visit again.
