When they came to take my washer dryer for repair, they also offered to look at my dishwasher which was not booked in but had stopped working. It just happened that they had a spare Bosch dishwasher in stock and actually fitted it there and then.
I cannot believe the efficiency and friendliness of this company. As a family run business they go out of their way to help and it really shows.

Called M&B out as the seal on my washing machine was busted, gave me a price, ordered the part and came to fit. On arrival it appeared my drum had dropped as well. My heart sank thinking another call out charge would apply. There wasnt, the guy left, ordered the parts for the drum and did all the work under the initial call out fee. Really impressed as so many cowboys out there. Would highly reccommend

M&B Domestic Services were suggested by the street WhatsApp group when my mother's washing machine died. They were brilliant, came the same day and read the last rites. M&B came back the day after with a whole new (affordable) machine. They took away the old one, plumbed in the new one and the whole experience was seamless. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient, and I would hugely recommend them to anyone who needs a washing machine repair or replacement. Many thanks.

In an era where most tradespeople seem to be taking the view of "I've got work at the moment, so I'm not going to bother replying to anyone new" which makes it really time-consuming and difficult to book anyone, I was suitably impressed that not only did this company reply - but they made a point of getting a direct contact number for me so that they could give me a possible solution over the phone for my fridge that I could try for myself. And many weeks on, the solution is still working.

Very impressed at their level of customer focus when no one else is bothering with that. And at the problem so being so quickly diagnosed and a solution happily suggested. This was perfect service and I'd definitely recommend them.
