Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff. Great bar, Very good food both for dinner and breakfast. Room was large enough and beds comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and large enough. Very good shower. Easy parking and very well located for access to city and other tourist attractions.

A good local pub with some good cask beers from the Milton Brewery. We went for a Sunday roast as a family and were very well looked after.
Note that we only went to the pub - I can't give an opinion on the hotel part!

My absolute favourite pub in Cambridge for food and especially sunday roasts! Cozy pub, lovely staff, and great food. Forget about the overrated Grantchester pubs and drive down the road to this gem :)

What a historic place. The pub itself is really old with low ceilings and beams. The floor is on 2 levels. There are 3 fireplaces. The walls have wood panels, really is lovely. The bar has an excellent selection of drinks. Which are served by friendly staff. We had dinner here 2 nights, and each night had different staff on who were all friendly and happy to chat to you. The Friday night, we both had cod and chips with crushed minted peas, delicious. Really good-sized portions. My husband had sticky toffee pudding and custard for pudding. On Saturday night, we shared a camembert with red onion chutney and toast. For mains, I had steak pie with chips and vegetables, and my husband had chicken and bacon tagliatelle. Again, everything was delicious. The bedrooms are in a separate building which you walk under a roof so as not to get wet. Our room has 2 twin beds with a good size shower room. The shower wasn't the best, but there was plenty of hot water. There is an air-conditioning unit in the bedroom, which also acts as a heater. Very efficient. We would definitely stay here again. It is a couple of miles to the centre of Cambridge, which we walked, but there is also a bus that you can get the PR3 from the centre of Cambridge and get off just round the corner on Maris Lane. It is very quiet here. There is ample free parking here.

Didn't stay but the service was friendly and welcoming and probably the best Caesar salad I've ever had. Good beers too.

Just spent 2 nights while 3 of us visited the Duxford Museum. Very friendly staff, good food at sensible prices. The rooms are basic but well cleaned. Thank you to the staff as we’ve had a nice stay and would come back again.

Wow!!! Been craving this Roast dinner for weeks. Then found out this pub around the corner from me that I used to drink in to ablivion during the day on my own does one.
So here I am loving life in recovery with a Diet Coke and a cracking Sunday roast. #recoveryispossible
Roast beef, chicken, pork with crackling, pigs in blanket, stuffing with all the trimmings.
Was soOo good. Will definitely be back 👍

Although my nearest pub, I had never been until today when other nearby places were full for lunch.

What a gem - an old country pub with low ceilings, a lit wood burner and friendly service. My two friends and I had an excellent lunch, all fresh and very tasty- not a scrap left. I will be heading back soon.

The only thing that i found was a hard bed, but that is my personal preference.

Absolutely delicious food, piping hot, well presented and plenty of it. Staff very friendly, polite and chatty.
Play area outside for our grandchildren to play on and lots of outdoor seating for us to watch them. Our first time here and definitely wont be the last.

Been a couple of times now. Great friendly staff, very helpful. The Chef/Cook is fantastic. Lovely tasting food and presented with pride. Maybe the best kids meals in the area? Reasonable prices
