From first referral from our vets the experience was amazing from the get go. They fully understand the emotional effects of nearly losing your dog. Absolutely amazing team of staff, kept us fully updated every day at least twice sometimes 3 times. A heartfelt thank you from the bottom of our ❤❤'s for saving our beloved Nala! Would highly recommend for anyone with a poorly pet to seek advice from here first.

So we lost our little Mimi on 5.4.24, we had taken her in to Queens vetinay college in October 23. Mimi was put into Woodgreen 7 years ago at Heydon. There were eight sisters they had been rescued after their owners returned overseas and left them where sadly they had been mistreated. It took months before I was allowed the honour of a stroke from there her character and love for everything around her grew. I was so nervous about leaving her, the Cardiology unit were fantastic special thanks to Jaol who kept us informed every step of the way we managed for 6 months with their help. We are still grieving along with her buddy, but thank you for our special 6 months. You may have gone Mimi but you will never be forgotten R.I.P beautiful girl.

We recently came to this veterinary hospital and were pleased to be met with a very warm welcome from the lovely lady on the reception. It’s very refreshing to come to a vets that clearly do care. We brought our Dog Sasha to see Joao Escalda after she had been diagnosed at our local vets with a heart murmur. Although the results were not what we wanted, Joao was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and explained everything very thoroughly and very clearly. We left feeling very satisfied that Sasha had had a very thorough appointment and most importantly, we were given the diagnosis that we needed to ensure Sasha has the best quality of life possible and her heart condition is being managed currently by medication.
I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital, professional and highly skilled vets, it was really easy to find, good parking, excellent communication and there’s somewhere to go for a cup of tea whilst your dog is being examined etc.

Thank you SO much!

After not being listened to at a nearby Linnaeus specialist centre, getting a 2nd opinion at QVSH was a positive experience. I was relieved to be able to get my dog the help he needed that was appropriate to his elderly condition. Highly recommend.

Cannot fault the whole process, absolutely blown away by the professionalism, the compassion and expertise. These guys are second to none, travelled 2.5 hours to and from for over a week to use them and would do it again in a heartbeat. The surgery and level of care they carry out is just outstanding, they’ve changed my dog Tommys life completely and for that I owe them everything. Amy and Laura a special shout out to you, you’re a pair of utter angels, plus all the nurses that partook in his care, thank you again.

Cannot thank the staff at the hospital enough for their care and attention of my very poorly boxer puppy. Didn't think he would make it but due to the excellent care during his 10 day stay and the brilliant aftercare and advice. He now is a picture of health. Thoroughly recommend.

Great, people are lovely, caring and understanding that these animals are your pride and joy. The first thing you see is the reception desk, they was very helpful, understanding and kind. We had the trainee at first, she was lovely, looked at you while talking, was talking to the pet while examining him. Well done. The vet was very nice and talked us through about what the plans was for the animal. Over all the experiences was very nice. Thank you.

We were really happy with the service we received, the receptionist was lovely and helped put us at ease as my dog is frightened of the vet environment. I also have to say that Dr Mark Reading was outstanding! He talked through everything with us and made my dog feel at ease, which isn't easy to do! He was very thorough and we left feeling happy and confident that we have a plan in place to solve my dogs problem. Thank you 😊

Wow, we were so impressed with the service we received today. Our vet Rebecca and orthopaedic consultant Fran were outstanding. Highly professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We got expert care and advice from start to finish. The hospital is exceptionally well run. We cannot speak more highly of our experience. We hope our dog Poppy will not need to go back but this hospital will be our first choice for any future referrals. Thank you Queens Veterinary School Hospital for looking after us all.

Excellent vet hospital very knowledgeable and caring although it probably would be more beneficial for both parties if you could stay with your nervous pet during initial consultation but that said they were great at what the do and had answers to the problem quickly also excellent reception staff caring and sympathetic thank you
Very good at what they do

I can’t praise this hospital enough. I took my Blue today for X-rays to grade his cancer. The care was exceptional. The gentleman was so genuinely caring and informative. Not pushy at all for treatment that’s unnecessary just to get money like some vets. I would highly recommend this place and hopefully I don’t need to but if I have to return for any kind of treatment for my boy I wouldn’t hesitate. I felt very comfortable to leave him in their hands

After an emergency vet visit had tried to euthanize my cat instantly, I refused, took him home that evening and booked in with the QVSH next day.

What a transformation, these guys put my cat through scans and ICU until the problem was found and a solution discovered.

They took care of my cat so well and have given him the medication he needs to stay stable.

I can't thank them enough for the extra time they have given me with my best friend.

Special shout-out to Larissa, Cat and Joe ❤

Amazing vets, treated our dog with care and patience to get him medicated, then weened off medication for impa
Thanks to Queens and East of England vets we now have Freddie back to 95% his normal self.
When we thought all hope was lost you managed to persevere to get a fantastic result for him. Keeping him at the vets until he could once again walk.
Nothing was too much trouble, appointments, calls, emails, overnight stays and always updated and always available to talk to or email.
Thank you Thomas Butler and all the staff would 100% recommend
