Nice area to chill and have a pint with friends and family also great to take the kids to watch a movie in the cinema. They always have something going on as well like live events etc.

Great venue. Also do £5 meals on a Thursday at the right time. A real asset to kendal.

I love live theatre, music and concerts. I wish that we all visited small theatres in our towns, firstly to keep them open for all to enjoy, and secondly because there are some fantastic shows with very very talented musicians. Highly recommend the brewery arts in Cumbria despite it being one hour drive for us, it’s worth every mile.

I've never visited before so didn't know what to expect but we accidentally arrived on pizza and pasta night. I chose the pepperoni pizza with vegan cheese for £5. It was amazing. The staff were friendly and remembered our favourite drinks when we returned to the bar. It was busy outside but very relaxing sat on the terrace in the sun. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Very good but small cinema. Seats comfortable but not the recliner type. Book online prior to visit to ensure seats

Good external seating area, with adequate spacing between tables.Table service is very good and staff very friendly.Tables can be booked by telephone and staff are accomodating if you turn up on spec and they have spare tables they will fit you in.Great location for families.

Great bar with good selection. Particularly like the the 0% larger on draft.
Good food deals Wednesday- Friday
Also regularly go to the cinema and gigs / shows here too.
Absolutely my favourite place in Kendal.

Great little ( ~300 seater ? ) venue. Good sound, and the food in the bar / restaurant is good and decent value as well.

It's an hours drive for us to get there, which we just wouldn't do unless it was worth the effort 👍

I went to see Eddie Reader here. I booked into a hotel for the night and then took the a walk to the Brewery Arts . I thought I'll have a nice meal. So I started with a great salad then had a Mushroom Pizza. I drank red wine with the meal . The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was still early so I sat outside and had a Pint and a few cigarettes. It started to get busy but I knew were my sat was . So the concert started and Eddie Reader and the band were finally ready to blow the roof off. I needed to go to the toilet and walking back. There was a Poster of Eddie Reader and the tour guide I spoke to a member of the staff and was given the poster. I was very happy . The concert ended and I stood waiting for Eddie to come out we spoke about were she was brought up and I asked if she would sign the poster, which she did for me. Then I asked if we could have a photo together my hand was shaking but took 2 photos. She is very tall, but as I walked back to the hotel I was 10 feet tall. Great Evening.

My husband and I visited this gem of a place for the first time today. It was an eventful visit as an elderly lady on the table next to us fell awkwardly. The staff were incredibly responsive and the young man who took control of the situation was incredible. Cool and calm, he dealt with the incident showing empathy and respect, using humour to help the lady overcome her embarrasment. A real credit to the owner if this place.

Great place for a concert, the Malt Room is a perfect venue for an up close and intimate gig. The pizzas in the Vats bar is great and there's a great choice of beers 👍🍻🍺

We were at the Brewery cinema which is always a great place to watch a movie. The staff are polite and friendly this cinema is always clean

What a fabulous venue, we went to see a concert, but they have a cinema and a restaurant!
The seated concert is really good, excellent views from all seats and fabulous quality sound. The staff are lovely as well.
