Rude staff which and inadequately trained

The staff are rude! The staff member working made a mistake in which she tried getting me to pay for my item twice being told the card never went through. 2nd time my card was declined so i left. I checked my online banking and the money had been taken the first time round but i never received the item. I rang the store and spoke to the lady who served me and she saif she couldnt do anything until nearly 1pm.....this was at 6:30am. I asked if she would ring her manager as i didnt have enough money to purchase the item from somwhere else, she refused to do anything. She spoke to me in an unacceptable tone (i have worked in customer service for 10 years raising your voice at a customer with a complaint and refusing to do anything about it is not acceptable by any standards. I am awaiting a call back from the manager to see if i will even get my money back....very unprofessional. Avoid if you are able to
