Rosedale

A beautiful place, smiling and welcoming staff. I knew the day I walked in that this is the better place for my granddad who is sadly suffering from dementia. Seeing him personally participating in activities, interacting with staff and enjoying himself always gives me a sigh of relief that I was able to make the right choice for him.

Best care home for my mum. Staff at Rosedale are very friendly, caring and understand the needs of the residents. Management are always on site. Whenever I visit my mum I am always awe struck with the lovely atmosphere at the care home.

I can honestly say I am continuously impressed with the manager, his wife and the dedicated team.They are incredibly professional, committed, passionate, friendly and welcoming. The fact that they genuinely care shines through!

Although Mum stayed at Rosedale for a short period of time (4 months) I am pleased to write a review from care she received.
Do not be misled by the need of a coat of paint here and there. Or that the flower tubs need replanting.
I speak most highly of the dedicated staff who cared for Mum. The genuine love and warmth they gave her, along with recognising her needs and treating her with respect.
During the last few weeks,when Mum was not able to be up and join in with daily activities she was always warm, clean and comfortable.
Always a smile for her. Thank you each and everyone of you .
You really did make a difference

I have just fetched Mum Audrey from Rosedale to move to a home that is closer to me. I have to say the staff at Rosedale have done wonders. I was really concerned when she went in but the staff have transformed her into a very happy person. When I collected her his morning Beatrice and Edward had her ready and looking emaculate. They are both so kind. Thank you all
