A much needed addition to Basingstoke town. A great tasting espresso with a range of food options. Cosy and intimate. It's a great spot to catch up with family and friends.

Friendly and smiley staff in a sweet little cafe. They sell the work of various local artists inside the cafe. The locally produced sourdough toastie was lovely, fresh and the fillings were generous. There were plenty of veggie options available too. It was nice to be able to sit outside in the sun and rare for a cafe in Basingstoke town center.

Passed by multiple times but never stopped. Today, despite the wind, I stopped and sat on the sunny terrace. Busy inside and out with nice atmosphere. Good cake selection including a courgette cake. Was not that adventurous on that day so ordered a lemon drizzle cake. It looked lovely and tasted really nice. Also ordered a black americano. Lovely coffee so must be using a good coffee bean brand. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I will return and use the loyalty card that was offered to me, you get a free hot drink after few visits. Once the card is full, you will also get a chance to win the raffle. I just wish they were offering breakfast.

Brilliant Flat White, great service. The Warren (downstairs) was very cosy. Turns out we were in on the first day of the new owners - I hope Willows continues to be an excellent coffee shop!

A lovely little coffee shop, not part of a multinational chain. Nice cakes and friendly service. Your furry friends are also welcome here. This business also gives free hot water to homeless people and deserves to prosper.

Extremely friendly staff here, I was being served properly with a smile. The setting is really nice and cozy. The cafe is dog friendly and helping local business and produces by having them on display. All in all a great addition to Basingstoke. Come and try it out if you haven't yet!.

Finally found a decent flat white in Basingstoke. It's a bit tucked away in town, but delicious. An authentic flat white for sure.

I've yet to try the food, but from what I've seen go by I'm sure I will at some point! The cakes look amazing.

EDIT: I came back for the sourdough toastie as advised. How can a cheese and tomato toastie be so good..! The bread is spectacular and the chili chutney is out of this world! Thank you for the tip.

Best flat white in BASINGSTOKE. And the sourdough sandwich was good. The hidden gem of a lounge downstairs.

Cosy and astmospheric

The sofas are great to sink into. A few of the chairs underground could do with a refurb or a replace though. The padding is long worn away.

But the art and deco is all very fitting

Very lgbt+ friendly. The staff can choose to wear pronoun pins and unlike many other so called trans/nonbinary friendly places in basingstoke. The staff all respect each other’s identities in terms of pronouns and names/gender . Which is a small detail which always stands out to me.

Totally friendly and cute. There are always adorable dogs present too.

Very lovely independent coffee shop. The coffee always tastes great.

They sell locally made items including sourdough bread, pastries and crafts, I especially like the olive bread. The coffee blend they use is slightly bitter but tastes really nice in the drinks they make.

The atmosphere is very comfy, especially downstairs where there is more relaxed seating and a couple board games available.

The people that work here are very friendly and chatty and remembered my order since the first time that I came here. Something that is difficult to find in businesses nowadays.

Anyway, my goto coffee shop :)

Willows is probably the nicest spot in Basingstoke town for coffee - the cakes are delicious and the hot chocolate is really good too! The staff are also always friendly and welcoming, a great little Sunday spot

Decent coffee with non-dairy options. Plenty of seating including upstairs, outside and down in the cozy "warren." Lots of meet ups for different groups and dog friendly!

I’d decided to pop in here for a coffee and a place to get my head down and do some work. It had a really chilled out atmosphere, a really naturally unpretentious decor and gave me Amsterdam vibes, especially when you went downstairs. The staff were extremely accommodating and super friendly, offering you free wi-fi and access to power sockets. All I had was a coffee, as annoyingly I’d had breakfast before I left the house, but it was damn tasty, despite it being quite dark tasting. I’d highly recommend this to everyone and I’ll certainly be back as I desperately want to try some of their menu options, and especially the cakes! Plus I very much enjoyed an awesome selection of music that played in the background

Quiet and cosy downstairs. It's an independent coffee shop so definitely better than the big names.
