Lovely clean practice. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Dentists and nurses are gentle and caring, as a nervous patient I appreciate their patience and taking the time to explain procedures to me. Have recommended this practice to my friends and family. Looking forward to my next check up.

Lovely staff and dentists! So helpful and really eased all my worries. Maddy at the reception was so helpful and professional - so glad that I am being looked after at this practice. My dentist was lovely as well, very friendly and cheerful. Good waiting time too.

Managed to get an emergency appointment and was seen straight away. Had to have an extraction which I was dreading however it was pain free and both the dentist and dental nurse were great and made me feel very relaxed. Would definitely recommend

I had some cosmetic work done by the lovely lady upstairs , I was very nervous about this treatments before hand , she made me feel comfortable and safe while In surgery , she was very gentle and caring , the treatment room felt very clean and hygienic, can’t wait to come back on Friday for a top up!😄

Moved from Eyre street as they were nothing but dismissive and rude. This practise accepted my emergency with no quarrel or rudeness even before my first official appointment! Lovely dentist and the nurse was super lovely and friendly. The most important thing for me was I wasn't ridiculed for being diabetic or on income support as it's only due to unfortunate circumstances I am at this state and not because of what strangers assume and think they can judge me on. Also don't judge your dentist by the receptionists either as they must deal with all the crazy stuff with people. I hope this will continue and has to be the best dentist service I've had in many years.

I've had three visits now since I joined. First time today of using the waiting room due to covid 19. Found this pleasant. I feel more settled into the practice now as I'm getting into a routine of coming here. Dentist is very friendly and polite. Not had any work done so far other than a check up and part scale and polish. But so far so good. Receptionist seems very friendly also and we'll organised. They have an electronic sign in which is very much up to date. I was impressed with the service today.

Maddie was fantastic and put me at ease, Im very anxious going to the dentist her friendly, bubbly, easy to talk to character really put me at ease! Makes the experience much more pleasurable

Great service and lovely friendly dentists. Very accommodating with children even putting on a short video to occupy my 3yr old whilst I had my teeth cleaned.

Wonderful service. They went above and beyond as my crown had not been delivered and the manager had to drive to Nottingham to get it. Everyone is polite and friendly….

I registered at this dentist recently due to a severe toothache that wasn't improving on its own (as they tend not to do!) i am a very nervous patient so was apprehensive about going, the building itself is very nice, bright and airy and the reception staff all seem very friendly. I ended up having to have a tooth removed and the dentist that did it was very kind and patient with me when I was scared and explained everything very well. It made a very stressful day much easier on me and I'm very happy this is now my dentist.

The dentist that saw my daughter has given my daughter first class treatment as her normal one wouldn't. Amazing work. Thanks

Hiding my smile and being nervous of going to the dentist is now a thing of the past. Dr Sharma made me feel comfortable and was very patient with me. A few errors at the lab were sorted out and Dr Sharma made sure I was totally happy before proceeding.
I can now smile with confidence again and I will definitely be going back for a few cosmetic extras soon :)

I was referred to this dentist after needing a broken tooth removed by the dental surgeon. He is the most lovely dentist I have met to date. I was petrified on my way there and nearly cancelled. I'm so glad I went. He made sure that my medication details were correct and it's a good job he did as my own dentist didn't send any of my medical records (I'm type 1 diabetic). I would recommend this dentist. Thinking of changing to this one from now on and it's quite a travel!

After 8 years of avoiding a dentist, a ton of physical and mental health issues, I finally went to this place today with a bad abscess. I called and explained how petrified I am and my sensory issues and PTSD cause trouble. But when I walked in the dentist Tomasz was waiting at reception for me and had the patience of a saint (as did the rest of the staff helping) even when I went into a full meltdown. They took everything into consideration and didn’t argue upon my requests to make it more comfortable for me. Also I have some pretty bad teeth from years of depression and letting myself rot away, previous dentist and doctors have pointed this out and belittled me for it, but not these guys. I need another appointment soon and I feel so much happier with the idea of returning, it’s nice to feel safe for once.
