Staff are so helpful. Answered every question and helped me to get they heavy stuff into my boot. Nothing is to much trouble. Great team.

Went in today and was impressed by the service. Catherine helped us with what we wanted when we couldn't find it and offered advice on ordering goods on line. Top service all round.

I came in today for a long lasting dog treat that I was struggling to find. A female staff member asked if I needed any help even though I could see she was in the middle of doing something and showed me to the exact thing I was looking for an gave some advice based on her dog being a similar size. (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) She was such a big help because I was about to give up looking and walk out of the store 😂. She also showed me the antlers at the tills where another staff member was (Reece) and had a small friendly conversation about dogs. I don’t usually leave reviews but both of the staff members were so friendly and welcoming, it made it a very nice atmosphere to shop in store. They’re a credit to the company.

Very good service provided by Leigh. Went above and beyond to help me. Called other stores to try and secure me a product to collect. Leigh managed to get me one reserved at Drakehouse Pets at home and made me one very happy customer as I needed it that day and I could not for my life get any Large dog cages anywhere else. Well done Leigh! All the best.

Great local pet store. The staff are always helpful and always seem really happy. One member in particular helped me find and size the correct harness for my puppy, which i would've struggled doing by myself. They were extremely kind and patient! Perfect customer service.

Called today to buy things for my aquarium. Great choice. The shop is always well presented and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Pets at Home is always my first choice.

Staff were very helpful. They didn't have my item in stock but the staff member helped me order it offline..

Same as all the shops in the chain quick and easy to pop in and get your pet supplies, as with all stores you can take you pet in too.
Pleasant helpful assistant, quick to offer assistance without pouncing or pestering.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. We use it for all our pet needs. They also helped us donate an animal. The store has a big selection of items. All round a good shop.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bought a rabbit and spent ages explaining care and bonding etc. Gave the rabbit a thorough check over before letting us take her home. Fantastic!!!
