I had treatment by Dr Nsamba today. He made my visit a comfortable one and made me feel at ease.
Throughout my treatment he let me know what to expect and continued to check with me that I felt OK.
He provided me with aftercare sheet and explained the outcome of my treatment.
Both Dr Nsamba and his dental nurse made me feel at ease throughout.

DR Nsamba has always been a delight to recieve treatment from. A professional in his caring mannor. Exceptionally brilliant with children during their services with him at Clay Cross Dental. Very patient and a good listener without judgment. The best dentist I've had in all my years at this practice.

Dr. Nsamba performed root canal work in my broken molar and I am very pleased with the work done.
A local anaesthetic was applied prior to the actual needles (to minimise any discomfort), and I had no pain during the entire procedure. Dentistry is invasive work, with needles, and involves holding your mouth open for an extended period so it can never be totally 'comfortable', but I was pleasantly surprised - a couple of paracetamol that evening to ease a slightly aching jaw and the next day I was fine.
Dr Nsamba talked me through everything that needed doing, the assistants helped make everything go smoothly, and I found the receptionists to be friendly and helpful.

Been with the dental Practice years Highley recommend Dr Yusuf Nsamba always looks after me and my partner takes time and care and explains issues in details so you understand.
Gentle with treatment given , my partner will not see any other Dental Nurse then Yusuf as Trusts him.

Dr Nsamba was the dentist for my 3 children today.. It's the second time my 5 year old has seen him, he great with the patient no matter the age.. definitely recommend him as a dentist

Had tooth pain in 2 teeth , was booked in within 24hrs. Paul was my dentist he was so kind and caring and even though extractions were a bit tricky he had no problem. Paul and his assistant Molly were very reassuring, thank you so much and I have had no pain at all since leaving ❤

Dr Nsamba was great with my little boy, he had 2 teeth out yesterday, no pain and no tears. Dr Nsamba was very patient and kept him at ease the entire time.

Following a recent dental appointment which identified two abscess, Dr Nsamba gave him antibiotics and made an appointment for two teeth to be removed, although this not being a pleasant experience Dr Nsamba made it pain free, friendly and personal in his treatment, would highly recommend

Really like my dentist Dr Nsamba, he’s friendly, listens to my dental concerns and always asks after my family which makes you feel valued as a patient.

I wouldn't say I loved the dentist.
They are a very friendly practice. They have ground floor treatment rooms for people with mobility problems. They also have several rooms on the other floors and plenty of dedicated dental practitioners to help everyone. The ladies on reception are friendly, discrete, and efficient.

I’ve been with this dentist for quite awhile now but recently I believe the staff have been amazing! I’ve recently had trouble with a tooth that became infected, I called up to make an appointment to be seen as soon as possible and the receptionist informed me that she would put me on waiting list if someone else’s appointment was cancelled. The receptionist was very kind and understanding on the phone with me and when an appointment was available she called me to let me know if I wanted the appointment (sorry I didn’t catch her name). The dentist Nsamba kept me involved in my care by looking at the X-rays together and informing me on what will happen when I have the procedure done, in-which I had very little pain when I had the procedure done. This practice is patient centred which makes a big difference!

I have been scared of dentists my whole life until I had Paul Connor and Sam godber. They are the loveliest people and make you feel so relaxed, they are very personable and kind. Changed my whole perception of going to the dentist. The white coat syndrome has now gone!
