Laura managed to fulfil a very last minute request with no problem whatsoever. She was extremely attentive and suggested ideas for the hand tied bouquet! ☺. The flowers were exactly what we asked for and arranged beautifully! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Laura came to my rescue when my original florist cancelled on me two weeks before my wedding. It was difficult finding the right florist to understand what I wanted my dream wedding flowers to be but Laura she was superb in every single way and made me feel confident that I would have the style that I wanted. She asked me questions that no other florist had asked me in order to understand how big my bouquet should be, our colour themes and to send as much detail as possible. I knew instantly that she was the right person to create the look that I wanted. The quality of Laura’s flowers were fantastic and we had so many compliments on how beautiful they were. She kept me updated from start to finish, especially after I was anxious about my first florist letting me down. Very glad that my first florist did as I wouldn’t have come across Laura. Thank you so much!!!

Laura delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my aunt. The flowers were fresh and a lovely combination of colours. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service. I ordered over the telephone as I'm not local to her shop. Laura sent me photos of the flowers and kept me informed every step of the way until the final delivery. Please don't hesitate to order from her, I would highly recommend her.

I recently received some beautiful flowers from Laura, they were absolutely stunning! When Laura delivered them she explained how to care for them, which is a lovely touch. I would highly recommend. Just at a time when you need something to make you smile you receive these beautiful flowers.

After looking on the internet for florists local to Ludworth (I live in Northants) I decided on The Flower Bee and I'm so pleased I did, I needed some bereavement flowers and Laura was very helpful and professional with her suggestions, she really went over and beyond to help me, she even sent me photos before she delivered them and I have to say they were beautiful, I would certainly recommend and use Laura again if I need flowers delivered in the Durham area, thank you Laura x

Contacted Laura to arrange some flowers for my wife to be dropped off at Ramside hall so they could be put in the room for our arrival. Laura was in contact with myself throughout the whole process and delivered them at the exact time she said she would. Wish we lived closer so we could order from her again. Flowers were stunning!!

I was given Laura’s details by a friend when I was looking for a wreath/ funeral flowers.
From my initial query, something darts related possibly, until the final wreath she was sympathetic, empathetic, asked questions, checked details and came up with several suitable ideas. Once I had chosen what I wanted then I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
I found Laura both easy and delightful to talk to and kind and considerate. That thoughtfulness did not end once I had paid and collected as she also checked in with me on the day. I would highly recommend both Laura herself and the beautiful work she creates with flowers. X

The Flower Bee is an absolutely amazing florist, I ordered a graduation arrangement for my Granddaughter, to be delivered to her hotel. Laura helped me every step of the way.
