From start to finish, these guys were just incredible. Great communication from Wendy in the office. James, the owner, came to quote and he’s the loveliest guy. Moving day was very stressful for me but James (the other one, not the owner!), Nick and Jody were great and calmed me down! They are all great at their job and take good care of your possessions, unlike companies I’ve used previously. Definitely recommend!

We only found JR Removals by sheer luck in our desperate attempts to find a removal company at very short notice. From the first contact with JR Removals (Wendy), it was abundantly clear that this was a company who took customer service extremely seriously. Wendy was amazingly helpful, organised and friendly.
Then Kevin from JR Removals was quick to give us a quote and was clearly very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. The price quoted was roughly in the middle of the 3 or 4 other quotes we'd had and so we choose JR Removals. I am SO glad we did!
All the removal guys on the day, lead by the owner James, were fantastic!! They were clearly very experienced and took great care of our belongings but they did it with charm, wit and
such a pleasant demeanour that they very significantly reduced our worries and stress on the day.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

A great service and I would recommend. James and his team were really helpful from the original quoting, house clearance and on moving day. Our move was stressful with pressure put on us to move sooner, but Wendy in the office was calm, kept us informed and came up with solutions to our problems. The removal team were also cheerful and effiecient, definately what I needed at a stressful time.

Just had Lindsey and Dean come and do our removal and move us and it turned a stressful experience into a completely stressfree experience.

The entire team I dealt with at JR from Wendy arranging everything to James doing a quote to Lindsey and Dean doing the move was amazing.

This was the best money spent using this professional, knowledge and friendly company and team

Moving house from Surrey to Swansea is stressful, until you meet James and his team from JR Removals After contacting 4 companies , JR stood out far above the rest right from the start.

From arranging a quote right through to completion, the staff reflected the owner James' can-do attitude. Everyone went that extra mile for us, willing to adapt to our unique requirements. Nothing was too much, too complicated; they just kept surprising us with their fantastic attitude and work ethics!

Friendly and efficient service. The team had specialised wrapping quilts for large furniture items to ensure they were not damaged in transit. Not all moving companies use these.

These guys helped move furniture from a storage unit (with the worst lift ever). They were friendly,professional, on time and very efficient. The booking process was easy and the communication great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move house or anything else.

JR Removals have recently helped with our house move. They had been recommended to us via friend following an excellent experience they too had had. From our initial communication with them through to moving day, they were brilliant! James and Lee who were assigned to our house move did an amazing job and didn't stop working the whole day! I have used JR Removals for the third time now to move home and as always had an excellent experience. I moved with them when they were a smaller company and now with expanding their business remain professional and excellent value for money. They were on time, loaded and unloaded all my items without any issues and could not do enough in helping make sure everything was unloaded and placed where I asked. I will certainly continue to use them for moving me.

What can I say JR Removals where well worth the investment and we would give them more stars if we could.
I was dubious to say the least when my partner suggested a removal company as I have always used a van and a mate to help move from property to property and found it do able but restrictive on time, but this? This was just too easy.

Well we decided to bite the bullet and go with JR Removals, their pricing was competitive compared to other removal companies and they where prompt on email correspondence, as well as curtious and personable when visiting the property to review what quantity of stuff had to be moved.
JR Removals provided all the boxes we needed (50) in varying size from massive to small, with the one condition that we don't write on them. This was so they can re-use them, thumbs up in my book for being eco friendly!

The dreaded move day arrived and the stress was starting to set in, that feeling of the unknown sinking in... That was until the Removal God's (JR) arrived in their 2 white vans!

The gents that helped us through our the day where absolutely blooming amazing, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much hassle for them. Every time I asked if they needed a hand with anything their response was. 'no it's ok, that's what we are here for, just relax'.

We moved some bits around trying to be helpful but they had it well under control. Their packing skills where next level and you could tell that they both LOVED Tetris when they where younger as the van was absolutely perfectly packed, bottom to top.

They used runners for the carpets to protect them as well as covers for the front door when moving objects out of the property, they even had padded TV bags to ensure they don't get damaged or broken! We have quite a few fragile items that where packed and some free standing. Every single item made it to the new property with zero breakages... Zero!

When we arrived at the new property it was much faster getting everything out, they put each van on the drive and moved everything out at blistering speed. If they saw anything that wasn't labeled with a sticker they asked where it should go and took it to it's new home (room). Taking boxes upstairs and around some of the tightest corners you could imagine with a hairs breadth between the wall and the furniture, absolutely masterful maneuvering from the guys.

Once it was all done and both the vans where empty, they asked if any of the boxes downstairs needed to go up. Dispite there being some boxes to take up due to our mislabeling we said no as they had tackled a mountain of a job and they deserved a break! We shook their hands told them we wouldn't have been able to do it with out them and wished them well as we waved off our white van knights in JR Uniform into the sunset.

If you need a removal company and don't think it's worth the money, JR Removals definitely are, do it and you won't believe the stress you save and top class service you receive.

Thanks you JR, it was a fantastic experience... now to empty the rest of these boxes.

I have had several encounters with JR Removals and can categorically say it is hard to think of another removal company who can continue to impress at such a high level so consistently. James and his crew of diligent caring employees really are the best you can find and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to move, commercial or domestic. Absolutely brilliant at what they do.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. James and his team were amazing from the outset. The office team are so friendly and efficient and organised my house move at short notice. James & Josh were so friendly, they made an extremely stressful time bearable, as well as taking great care of our belongings. I have recomemmended them to friends and family already as they're good value too. I will be booking you guys again next time I move, no hesitation!

James the owner popped over to price up our quote he was lovely. Managing to work miracles, fitting our rather urgent & very last minute move in the following week.

His team, James, Chris and Jack were simply amazing. They powered through it. Asked for guidance when needed. Great communication and simply went above and beyond. Particularly when my 80 year old Father had a funny turn -they leapt into action finding the sofa - clearing space and getting a comfortable area for him to sit.
