Staff were very helpful. Easy access as I'm on a mobility scooter

Gentleman was excellent in his knowledge of the store, and gave us directions to the house where we are staying. Store had both items that we needed to continue on our flight the next day.

I had forgotten how much stuff this shop has! I haven't been here for years but will definitely be back soon to get bits that I would usually have to order online or go further afield for. The lady serving me was lovely too.

What can I say that hasn't been said this shop sells alot of items day to day you can find anything in here from cold drinks too clothing Ant the manager is a credit too your business always willing too help and always chipper great location and great staff

We always visit this store when we're visiting family in Surrey. We find they have a good selection of goods on display at very competitive prices. The staff are efficient and friendly.

Always something different for birthdays and Christmas. Have bought good quality winter jackets from here for many years. Keep being surprised as lots of garden ornaments and things that I didn't know I needed until I get there. Bought track suit bits and bobs last week, cheaper than main shops. Would recommend going to have a look round if you're in Horley town.

I've never been in there until last week. I didn't realize how good price the clothes were. Voi tracksuit half price. Cannot complain will be definitely be going back in the near future.

The staff were very chatty ,smiley friendly and quickly served, timely and efficient especially Roxy.

1 particular male member of staff is an asset to this shop & went out of his way to please & make us feel valued. Wish I'd taken his name but would say in his 30's with a slight beard. Hope you can identify him & thank him!

Great store. But about time the owners get contactless pay terminals. Most other, even tiny stores have them, bit embarrassing for staff that the factory shop still does not. Member of staff told me customers keep trying.

I love this shop, loads of items at great prices, frim cosmetics and clothing to house and garden. You will also find some branded items at better prices.

Great wee shop with reasonable Price's, staff very friendly and one of the staff liked my Metallica t shirt so had a great wee chat about out favourite songs and bands, rock on brother !!!!

One of Horley's "Big Three" (the other two, naturally, being Collingwood Bachelor & Waitrose). Decent shop for bargains. Good for those who can not afford upmarket Collingwood Batchelor prices for things like household goods, and general nick nacks (or what the CB customers would call small essentials). Also clothes & shoes are much cheaper than the nearby M&Co in the town centre. I noticed some people have pointed out some competitors are cheaper. Yes. If you wanna travel outside of Horley to Tescos Gatwick, or into Crawley to Primark. However, you can not beat this shop for both quality and pound for pound value in the Horley Town Centre area. I continue to shop there as prices are reasonable, and if I (and other customers) didn't spend in there, they'd be gone. Something I feel would not benefit anyone. Horley has over the years lost two shoe shops, its two independent greengrocers, peacocks clothes shop & a number of other stores. The factory shop is the last remaning low price seller. Hopefully it gets the support to maintain both its low prices and to remain such a major player in the town. It certainly would be worse for the town centre, its visitors & of course it's local residents if it was to go.

Revamped because of Coro very safe and spaced out ,staff great .usual merchandise now garden things and still reasonable prices
